As the Runners Without Limits Podcast approaches it’s 4th Birthday, the conversation turns to our current life circumstances going into Summer. Early in the year, we see an increase in the number of runners to our sport, many of them new to the community. There is a huge learning curve for new runners, and we tend to “run before we walk,” metaphorically. We share what we’ve learned throughout our running journey.
