  • Let's be honest, we are so often or own worst enemies when it comes to talking ourselves out of doing something!

    In this episode I share a personal realisation, or an 'Oh bollocks' moment I had recently when I realised I was stuck in a "I'll start when" loop...leading me to procrastination to not sticking to my word (not great for self-esteem!)

    I share the 5 steps questions that can helps you shift your mindset and start taking the action you want in life!

    What's my excuse for not doing it now?Is it a real limitation or a self imposed one?Am I avoiding doing it now, if so why?Where will I be in 6 months time if I don't start now?Where could I be in 6 months time if I DID start now?

    I realised my greatest reason for not having started doing what I had been intending to (exercising!) were because of a few beliefs and perceptions that had manifested under the surface.

  • In this episode we dive into a topic that holds a very special place in my heart, and is an integral part of the healing work I do with clients - Inner Child and what it means to connect with yours.

    In this exploration of the inner child, we venture into the depths of our past, unraveling the significance of the formative years and imprinting stages, particularly between the ages of 0-7 . This journey is not just a stroll down memory lane; it's an invitation to connect with the versions of ourselves that were shaped during these primal stages in life.

  • In this week's episode and part 4 of the Meditation Mini-Series, we explore a theory I have called 'Mortality Motivation'. Having worked in the personal development and coaching industry for over 8 years, I have noticed a common theme when it comes to us humans feeling motivated to make positive change... it often comes from a place of fear, and for some near mortality of some sort.

    It could be a diagnosis, a near death experience, even a redundancy scare or potential loss can catapult us into a whirlwind of 'what if's' and shake us to our core and make us (finally) reassess life as we know it.

    But my question is WHY WAIT? Why wait until the fear or pain strikes (I call them 'de-fib moments' to kick start us into making positive changes in our life?
