This week on the podcast, we had the one and only Nicole Simpson, founder of The Black Collective, an OHG talent resource group. What an inspirational episode. Recognizing the opportunity to make real change after the murder of George Floyd, she embarked on a journey to find ways to build on the momentum her network had already started. After many conversations and identifying other Black executives from around the network with similar passions, The Black Collective was born! An idea for change has sparked a movement within our industry. Kudos to the members of The Black Collective and all of the supportive allies that have helped bring the group to life.

This week I had Zack Lentz on the podcast, who is the President and Chief Strategy Officer at Vaniam Group. On this episode we talked about how to do strategy in your business and career. Wow, what a podcast this was. For me, this has to be one of the most engaging podcasts I've ever hosted, It was fascinating and really interesting, but at the same time extremely moving. It's a huge issue, that has cost 1000's of lives, and an issue that is one of the most serious I've come across. A great podcast, with an extremely passionate and knowledgeable guest.
