Topic: Reducing Anxiety: A Christian “Light Stream” Exercise
Dr. Gerry leads the listener in a guided meditation where he adapts the EMDR Light Stream technique to the Christian concept of “theoria” (vision of the Light of Christ). EMDR is a trauma therapy and the Light Stream technique has been used to reduce anxiety.
