  • Trump was found guilty of 34 felony charges in a NY criminal court, prosecuted by New York City's first Black District Attorney and tried before a jury of ordinary citizens. But that doesn't mean what it means for most ordinary folk. Though, as a convicted felon, he can't get a job at many places, he can still be President. We've got an important PSA about Leopards Eating Your Face if you think not voting is a choice.

We're also trying to understand why Halle Berry's current partner Van Hunt is attending court-ordered co-parenting counseling with Halle and her ex? Eboni breaks down why that might not be the smartest move.

And finally, Black men forced off an American Airlines flight due to an...odor? Eboni and Dustin have thoughts, feelings, and opinions. The real stink is some history that prompted an NAACP Call on American Airlines to Respond to a Pattern of Discrimination.

We're also digging into how DJ Vlad turned Karen real quick on social media and the ways white folks love proximity to Black culture but don't love Black people.

An estimated 70 million to 100 million Americans—roughly 1 in 3 U.S. adults—have an incarceration, conviction, or arrest record according to the Center for American Progress. The Clean Slate Initiative believes everyone deserves a second chance and believes that people should not be defined by their criminal records. Read CEO Sheena Meade's Op-Ed in Essence Magazine.

  • Where does the money reside when you divorce? It's not always as cut-and-dry as a 50/50 split anymore. This week's docket is here to prove it. • See, the problem is, folks talk too damn much. And today Eboni and Dustin got something to say about the folks who can't seem to keep private matters private, and the impact it can have when things go to court. First up (08:55) Georgia District Attorney Fani Willis's ex-lover former Fulton County special prosecutor sat down on national television to discuss his relationship with Willis - one that could get her kicked off of Trump's criminal trial in Georgia. Next (25:33) we'll be getting into the legal proceedings between Tyrese and his first wife and his social media spiral that didn't do what he thought it did. Lastly (40:36) we get into the very serious allegations being bandied between 50 Cent and his ex Daphne Joy, and the reasons you shouldn't accuse anyone unless you're ready to back it up.
