Nigel Nisbet is the chief songwriter and rhythm guitarist with indie-Britpoppers Electrasy. In this pod he tells us how the band wrote and recorded a stone-cold indie classic, the magnificent Morning Afterglow.
The story includes PJ Harvey's farmhouse, an iconic video, a lost £50k recording, Keanu Reeves, Notting Hill (the film), and the town of Yeovil. All of that, and Nigel also takes the Morning Afterglow quiz!
Look out for new material from the band to be released in Spring 2023.

Seafood were one of the best indie bands of the late nineties and early noughties. Seriously. Check out this six track playlist if you don't believe me.
Too grunge for Britpop and too early for Indie Sleaze, the band made four belting albums, played with the likes of Snow Patrol, Idlewild, Ash and Dashboard Confessional, and received five-star critical acclaim.
David Line was Seafood's lead vocalist and chief songwriter. In this episode we talk about the highs and lows of the band, the realities of the music industry and get a performance of three acoustic songs (two Seafood classics and a newly-penned track). All capped off by David taking the Seafood Quiz!
