She has developed her own 8 week system of working with clients to get through childhood trauma that has proven life-changing for many. She walks us through her own childhood trauma and how that manifested in her life as an eating disorder, all the way through to healing and finding her work on this spiritual path. In this episode, Kelly is speaking with Nicole Dabeau on the several traumas and mental health challenges she has faced through life. Nicole touches on the loss of a childhood caretaker. Followed by teenage rebellion and being raped by a high school acquaintance. She soon found herself living in Africa, and then in LA working as a TV correspondent. Nicole then became unexpectedly pregnant and fell into a deep depression. Nicole is now a single mother, and starting a foundation called The Fem.

She began experiencing anxiety when she was a young child, and as mystery symptoms got worse, she was put on more and more medication. It was at 15 when she was diagnosed with PCOS and Endometriosis, which resulted in more medication. Listen as she tells us about hitting her breaking point, how she found Psych-K, began to heal her mind, and went cold turkey off all her medication.

Anoushka opens up about her parents divorce that led to her rebellious teenage years where she rejected her Jewish upbringing, and began abusing alcohol and drugs, followed by an eating disorder in attempt to gain some control over her life. She also opens up about a break-up that led her to the top of Mount Kilimanjaro, a depression that followed, and how she found spirituality and created the Goddess Space.
