This affirmation has so much energy packed in. It allows you to embody your most confident self while trusting in who you are and the decisions that youâre making that are supporting the life that you are creating âš
You can break the affirmation into mini-segments of âI trust myselfâ or âI trust my intuitionâ if youâre in the midst of making a decision.
Or you can all of three parts on repeat throughout the week.
Why are affirmations so important? đȘ
Affirmations are vital in manifesting new goals because they serve as powerful tools for shaping our mindset and beliefs.
By consistently repeating positive statements, we rewire our brains to focus on possibilities and opportunities rather than limitations and doubts.
Affirmations help us build a strong foundation of self-belief and confidence, making us more resilient and motivated in pursuing our goals.
They act as a bridge between our current reality and our desired future, reinforcing the belief that what we envision is achievable.
This mental shift is crucial for aligning our actions with our aspirations, ultimately leading to the manifestation of our dreams.
Journal prompts for this week đ
These 2 journal prompts are very complimentary to this weekâs affirmation. Whether youâre a pen to paper person or you like to reflect on prompts, make time and space to reflect on the below:
* Reflect on a time when trusting your intuition led you to a positive outcome. How did it feel to follow your inner guidance? What did you learn from that experience about your own wisdom and decision-making abilities?
* Write about a decision you're currently facing. Imagine that your intuition is a wise, loving guide. What advice does it offer you? How can you honor and trust this inner wisdom as you move forward?
Finally, itâs time to take action! Whatâs one action that youâre ready (or mostly ready) to take this week to support you in creating the life that youâre desiring.
For example: if youâre working towards training for 1/2 marathon, you may want to take a cross-body swim class. Or if youâre wanting to increase your sales as a business owner, you will work on your new offer and promote it this week.
