Episode 149 and Beth still can't do an introduction ... and Bettina messed up on states! But, that's okay, because this episode is a "doozy" regardless!
Beth covers the mysterious case of Bryce Laspisa; where did he go? This one truly leaves us befuddled! Bettina follows up with the many haunts of the Oliver house... beware the Grandma and the Cuckoo Clock!

Spooky Season starts early with your Hangover this week! Beth just couldn't wait any longer! She shares a "Zombie Brain" shot with you all as she and Bettina share their stories! Delicious by the way...
Bettina begins the episode with a slime ball of a man; John Edward Robinson. A "robust" man who claimed to grow vegetables with no soil... but, was also an online creep who led to the deaths of many vulnerable women.
Beth, excited for the paranormal portion of the episode, shares the almost unbelievable story of "The Russian Sleep Experiment"!
Cheers!

Beth and Bettina "visit" Nevada in this week's episode... be prepared! Beth covers the mysterious premonition of death had by a young Kathy Hobbs. How did she know she was going to die? And, how horrible to have been done, potentially, by the hands of a serial killer. Bettina (freaks Beth out) and shares the history, bizarrr-ity, and hauntings at the Clown Motel. I mean, I don't know about you - but, hauntings from the cemetery right next door is more ideal than a clown standing over me while I sleep ... what do you think?? Cheers! Cheers Hangover Listeners! And, Happy 4th of July week!
In episode 139 Bettina chose to cover a story from Kansas - Beth decided to cover the paranormal portion more fitting with the "holiday"!
Bettina covers the horrible true crime... the murder of Kelsey Smith, in Overland Park, Kansas. On a normal outing, something you and I do all the time without thinking twice, something so mundane - a trip to Target - Kelsey was targeted, trolled, taken, and killed. Her life mattered - and we urge all of our listeners to be vigilant in their surroundings because of this horrible tale.
Upon looking for "4th of July Hauntings" Beth discovered some haunts she thought would be fun to share... from some "founding Mothers" of our country! A charming ghost who likes to party, screams from basements of tragedies past, seances in the White House, and much more! Cheers!
