Patti Tutalo is a recognized expert on military women specific topics, policy and their impacts on recruitment and retention in the Armed Services. During her 20-year career in the United States Coast Guard, she focused primarily on women’s advocacy, human resources, and diversity and inclusion. Most recently, she served as the Gender Policy Advisor to the Commandant of the Coast Guard.
