In this latest episode of our quarterly AI Legislative Update, Colorado State Senator Robert Rodriguez joins us to discuss his work on Colorado’s new groundbreaking AI Law concerning consumer protections in interactions with artificial intelligence systems.
Senator Rodriguez was elected to serve Senate District 32 in 2018 and re-elected in 2022. He currently serves as Majority Leader, having formerly served as Assistant Majority Leader, Chair of the Business, Labor & Technology Committee and the Legislative Audit Committee, and as Vice Chair of the Judiciary Committee.
