    When I first started out, I was creating content for those who were about ten years behind me. But as time has marched on (and I’ve gracefully stepped into the fabulous 50s), I've realized that the person now coming up behind me is around 40. So, it only makes sense to tailor my content to what's relevant in this midlife chapter.

    But don't worry if you're still rocking the 30s—there’s plenty of wisdom and laughs here for you too! After all, midlife is just around the corner, and it’s never too early to start thinking about how to repurpose it!
