Episode 87- Killing Time with John Wayne Gacy: Defending America’s Most Evil Serial Killer on Death Row with Guest Karen Conti.
Welcome to Episode 87 with Guest Karen Conti. In this episode, Karen unpacks her history with Serial killer John Wayne Gacy. Karen represented serial killer John Wayne Gacy in his final death row appeals back in 1993-4. Friday, May 17th marked the 30th anniversary of his execution, and my book, “Killing Time with John Wayne Gacy: Defending America’s Most Evil Serial Killer on Death Row,” was published by Black Lyon in March. Karen’s book is about conversations with Gacy over countless hours on death row and how she forged a strange relationship with him to do her job. She discusses his obsession with clowns, his dark sense of humor, and how he dehumanized the victims of his crimes. Karen talks about her strong belief that there are additional victims and that Gacy did not act alone. Karen is a seasoned speaker, having hosted radio shows for over 30 years in Chicago and being a legal analyst on all local and national news networks.
John Wayne Gacy was born on March 17th, 1942, in Chicago. John Wayne Gacy was an American serial killer and sex offender. He raped, tortured, and murdered 33 young boys and young men. 26 victims were buried under the crawl space of his home. 3 were buried around his property, and 4 were discarded in the Des Plaines Rivers. John was captured after he was implicated in the disappearance of 15-year-old Robert Piest in Des Planes raised suspicion. Gacy was the last person to see Robert Alive. On March 1980 Gacy was convicted of killing 33 young men and boys. On May 10th Gacy was executed by lethal injection at the Stateville Correctional Center In Joliet. Welcome to Episode 86-Bonus Interview episode with guest Aiden Gabor.
I had the pleasure of interviewing Aiden about his true crime that he authored called Conflicting Loyalties: My Life as a Mob Enforcer Turned DOJ Informant by Aiden Gabor.
This book was inspired by true events from Aiden’s life. In this episode Aiden shares a few details about his association with the Mob. I purchased the book . The link for the book is below. About Aiden the author his Bio and information is belows. I was to giving a special and warm thank you to Aiden for coming on the podcast and sharing his story.
Bio: Aiden Gabor was still a teenager when Department of Justice agents approached him with an ultimatum: spend his life in prison for racketeering, embezzlement, extortion, and conspiracy to commit murder, or become an undercover agent. Conflicting Loyalties is a sharp, honest memoir in three parts: the bloody life of a mob soldier from outside la famiglia; the death-defying, paranoid existence of an informant bringing down corrupt politicians and police departments from the inside; and unexpectedly finding peace late in life through the Baha’i faith while coping with an ALS diagnosis. Conflicting Loyalties is a visceral tale of a man who gambles with his own life to save it, dodging his fate while searching for an identity, a father, and a family. It is for readers of Gianni Russo’s Hollywood Godfather, Joe Pistone’s classic Donnie Brasco, and anyone interested in mob life, police and political corruption, and finding peace after a life of violence.
Aiden Gabor is a former associate of a well-known crime family. He worked undercover for more than a decade as a confidential informant for the Department of Justice, serving as a police officer in undisclosed locations. He is responsible for helping the DOJ arrest and convict more than a dozen high-ranking police officers and politicians. He has written one of the best books about the mob and now has found peace in the Baha’i faith. In 2020, Aiden was diagnosed with ALS. He lives with his wife. Thank You all again for your support. PEOPLE v. KRAFT (2000) | FindLaw
Recent Developments: The body of the teen now identified as Schlicht was found on Sept. 14, 1974, as two people were off-roading on a fire road northeast of Laguna Beach, California, the release said. The death of the 17-year-old was initially determined to be accidental due to alcohol and diazepam intoxication. prosecutors described Kraft, a former computer programmer, as a fetishist who kept some of the dismembered parts of his victims in his freezer. After his conviction, he told the judge, "I have not murdered anyone and I believe a reasonable review of the record will show that." John Doe's death got another look in November 2022, when sheriff's department investigators submitted tissue samples to a private forensic biotechnology company to develop a DNA profile. Investigators then loaded the profile into a genealogy database to begin building a family tree. That eventually led them to Kansas City, Missouri, to obtain a DNA sample from a woman believed to be the victim's mother.
The sheriff's department is now investigating Schlicht's homicide case. Anyone with information related to the case is asked to contact Orange County Crime Stoppers at 1-855-TIP-OCCS or crimestoppers.org.

Episode 81- Randy Steven Kraft “The scorecard Killer” Aka The other Freeway killer part 1: Series 3 of 3.
A then-38-year-old computer technician from Long Beach on May 14th, 1983, at 1am was pulled over by the California highway patrol for driving under the influence and weaving near Mission Viejo. When the officer pulled the man over, he had no idea he was going to stumble upon a scene straight out of a horror movie. The patrolmen peered into the car, specifically the back seat. They noticed a man who appeared to be asleep in the backseat. When they opened the car door, they found that the man was not sleeping but appeared to be deceased. They found obvious signs of foul play. The man was identified as 25-year-old Terry Gambrel, a US marine officer. The man had appeared to be strangled with his own belt. Officers arrested Kraft. A search warrant for the car according to the source was obtained and what police find is a treasure trove of incriminating evidence. Police found tranquilizers, prescription drugs, and an envelope found under the floor mat containing 47 photographs of young men in compromising positions. Most were dead or asleep in pornographic poses. They also discovered a lot of blood on the passenger seat, but it wasn’t Grambrel’s blood because he didn’t have any lacerations on his body. Police also found in the back of his car was a list of notations calling it a death list of victims he had killed. Join me on this Episode where I unpack Kraft’s childhood, and the stolen lives he claimed in California, Michigan, and Oregon. Join me on Part 1 of series 3 of 3. Episode 80-The Trash Bag Killer, The Freeway killer Caught (Patrick Kearney) Part 2 Series 2 of 3.
Welcome to episode 80 Patrick Kearney. This episode dives into the victims he claimed, the family members who humanize their family members, the victim responsible for Patrick Kearney’s demise. This episode also dives into the childhood of Patrick Kearney and sexual deviant compulsions. Patrick Kearney was born on September 24th, 1939. He is the oldest of 3 brothers. As a child Kearney was described as a small and scrawny child. This opened him up to getting severely bullied at school. He also fantasized about fighting back. They called him queer even though he was interested in girls at the school. He had a middle-class upbringing. A Stable family. When he was 8 years old, he had fantasies of killing anyone who bullied him and picturing them being skinned alive. He also displayed sexual fantasies because it made him feel powerful, in control, and dominating. He started to display these behaviors of bestiality at the age of 13 years old. His mother he says was caring but his father was a traveling salesman who worked a lot. Kearney said his father had no interest in raising a family which is why he avoided being home and always was at work. He did teach Kearney how to handle a gun and shoot it. He learned how to control dead animals. His father at the time was what you describe as a macho man. He worked, was a strong male, could control his feelings, and was the breadwinner of the family. These are qualities Kearney lacked. Kearney in his 20s joined the Airforce as an engineer in Texas. He returned to California following a brief marriage that ended in Divorce. He meets his lover, David Hill. He carried on an affair before divorcing his wife. For 9 years David Hill had no idea he was sleeping with the enemy, or did he? You decide. The victims are important people in this narrative. Their names matter. They should be celebrated. Serial Killers should never be glorified for committing heinous acts. We should do better at representing the victims’ stories and human characteristics while they were alive.

Episode 79-The Trash Bag Killer, The freeway killer (Patrick Kearney) Part 1 Series 2 of 3.
This investigation officially began on April 13th, 1975, when the Body of Albert Rivera age 21 of Los Angeles was found near highway 74, east of San Juan Capistrano in a heavy-Duty Trash Bag. This was not the most chilling discovery nor the first victim of the Perp. The killings started much earlier in the mid 60’s. in Tijuana SanDiego. Police later uncovered human skeletal remains where a single bullet pierced the skull of George in a Culver City apartment the killer occupied with his lover. The boys that littered the highways were all homosexuals. The 70’s Era was a confusing time for young teens who were exploring their sexualities. Being homosexual during this time was demonized. There were cities that glamorized the lifestyle and there was sympathy towards young gay men. Los Angeles was a city defined by one source as “The AIDS epidemic hadn't been named as a serious threat yet. The popularity of gay bathhouses, gay bars and anonymous sex in parks, public toilets and parties was at its frenzied zenith. Gays were coming out with a vengeance, and they were finally taking what they considered their rightful freedoms”. Young people headed to California because it was a land promising no exclusion. Many youths whose parents were not agreeable to their lifestyles hitchhiked rides to California. This was too good to be true right? Because it was. Many of the youths ended up becoming sex workers to support themselves. The author of the book Angel of Darkness," Dennis McDougal, "During the '70s and early '80s, more than a hundred young hitchhikers caught rides on the streets and freeways of southern California and didn't live to talk about it." This was unfortunate. By November, six bodies had been found in Los Angeles, Orange, Riverside and San Diego Counties. The discovery of two more victims in March 1977 raised the body count to eight, and by that time police had their pattern. All the identified victims had homosexual backgrounds; each was found nude, shot in the head with a similar weapon; several were dismembered or otherwise mutilated, their remains tied up in identical plastic garbage bags. Join me as we unpack Patrick Kearney’s possibly the most prolific serial killer alive.

Welcome to Episode 78-The Freeway Killers (William Bonin and his accomplices) part 2 Series 1 of 3 Help me unpack the monster who is William Bonin with my sister who joined me on the Episode. We unpack Nature vs Nurture. You can give your opinions on the email at the bottom. We love you for the support. Sorry for the late episode. My voice was gone on Monday because what is middle school teacher.
William George Bonnin was born on January 8th, 1947, in Willimantic Connecticut. His parents are Robert and Alice. He was the middle child of 3 other boys. His father and mother were both alcoholic and abusive. Another source reported his father Gambled in excess, even losing the family home. Another source reported his mother spent her free time playing bingo.Due to their chronic absences in the lives of the children they were left with their grandfather who was a convicted child molester. He also molested and abused his mother, Alice. Neighbors said the Bonnin boys were always hungry, dirty, and ill clothed. The neighbors would feed the Bonin Boys. Young Bonnin’s home was unstable and neglectful. Alice’s father was a predator. He went on to sexually abuse Bonnin and his brothers. Bonnin grew to expect sexual abuse. He knew that would be his life if he were under his grandfather's roof. Sadly, for Bonnin he learned that sexual abuse was a way of gaining power and control over others according to Dr Yardley. A source reported he later fondled a brother and neighborhood boys. When Bonin was 6 years old, he was sent to a catholic run orphanage. The reason Bonin was sent to an orphanage is because his mother Alice claimed this was a measure to protect her son from the sexual abuse her father was inflicting on her boys. Bonin told Vonda Pelto that his parents never visited him. He even thought his parents were dead because he went without seeing any of them during his time at the orphanage. As time passed Bonin was then sent to a youth detention center for reasons unknown. Bonin is age 8 and he goes through the same vicious and repetitive cycle of being sexually assaulted by an older boy. The episode unpacks who were the people who decided to give Bonin up to authority, putting a stop to his reign of terror.

Episode 77-The Freeway Killer Part 1.
On the 22nd of March 1980, two teenage boys' bodies were found dumped together beside a freeway in California. These are not the only bodies that were discarded along the freeway. The bodies of naked young boys were being discovered around the summer of 1979. They were being discovered along freeways and other major roads across Southern California. A reporter at the time, Dave Lopez, said this started very slowly. They would discover one, two to three until they got to the 4th body where the MO was the same, they started to look closely for a pattern. Male victims were being targeted at an alarming rate. This was described as a killing spree. In September of 1975 David McVicker was a 14-year-old student. He wanted to enjoy his last days as summer was ending. He wanted to enjoy his time with friends and family. David said in the documentary it was common in those days for people to hitchhike. This was the norm during these times. It was not unusual to see people along the highways with their thumbs up hitching rides to the beaches of California. They were unaware that there was a monster lurking and looking for potential victims. At around 5:30pm on September 8th there was a sexual predator looking for a male victim. David says he was saying goodbye to his friends. He had left the house of a friend, and he was ready to hitchhike home. He said that after he had crossed a busy intersection a car pulled up next to him. He says the guy was asking for directions as to where Euclid Street was. He said he told him it was a mile away. The driver asked David where he was headed, and David responded and said I was going to Brookhurst and going towards the beach. The man said Well , jump in the car. I will give you a ride. David thought it was his lucky day and how perfectly everything lined up for him. David says he got in the car, and everything was going normally. He said the driver was nice and cool. You would have never thought that this man had sadistic intentions. David said 5 mins into the ride the man asked him an unusual question something to the effect like did he ever try to commit a gay act or something to that effect. David responded honestly and in shock to that question. He immediately said no, I would never do that. This put David in a fight or flight mode. He said he tried getting out of the car. He told the driver "Can you pull over" and let me out of the car. The driver started to drive faster. David was scared. He opened the car door and when he took his head out and looked back, he was staring at the barrel of a gun. The driver told him to get back inside the car or I will shoot you. The driver kept driving with the gun pointed straight at David until sunlight started to fade. The driver parked up in a field. David was terrified. He knew something horribly wrong was going to happen to him. David did not know if he was going to live or die. David was desperately trying to get out of the car. David was beaten by the assailant. He knew that if he did not comply with him, he was going to inevitably lose his life. His attacker took a tire iron and placed it inside his shirt around his neck, twisting it to strangle him while David was being sexually assaulted. David felt his dying last breath and uttered God Help.

Episode76-Interview with Guest Deanna Kuempel.
Welcome to Episode 7—Guest Deanna Kuempel. I had the pleasure of interviewing Deanna Kuempel who survived abuse and Trauma. Deanna will not conform to the label system. Deanna has succeeded in many areas in her life and continues to thrive despite going through hardships, failed relationships, and businesses. Deanna continues to push ahead empowering many through her podcast Label Free. Her podcast and link are below. I loved having Deanna as a guest to give her invaluable knowledge on her experiences and those of human trafficking. The book is called "From Congress to the Brothel" by Linda Smith. I encourage my listeners to read this book to gain insight on human trafficking and how it affects us directly and indirectly. The Month for human trafficking prevention is in January. Every day of the year we should always try to prevent sex trafficking. We should take a stand and get involved. Deanna Kuempel dives into the matter and dispels myths and misinformation about it. I want you to please listen to the episode and share it with family and friends. Become label free. Labels should never define who we are as humans.
Deanna Kuempel: Biography: Born and raised in the Chicagoland area, I embarked on a journey that spans various roles and accomplishments. My academic foundation in Business and Accounting at Harper College laid the groundwork for my entrepreneurial spirit. Before meeting my late husband, I ran a small event planning business and offered personal training services. I honed my leadership skills and entrepreneurial acumen during my tenure as VP of Key Accounts & Business Operations at a $20 million transmission remanufacturing facility, where I simultaneously managed four other entities. During my corporate career, I achieved remarkable success, including closing significant contracts, such as a five-year deal with the State of South Carolina estimated at $20 million, which effectively doubled the size of the business. I accumulated a substantial portfolio of multi-million-dollar contracts and Key Accounts, earning stellar recommendations from esteemed clients like FGA, Verizon, AER, and Dhamer Powertrain. In 2016, life took an unexpected turn, prompting me to start over. Fueled by my enduring passion for fashion, I embarked on a new chapter. I launched Deanna Marie Label in 2017, designing and producing three collections over several years. I successfully ran a Kickstarter campaign, raising over $5,000 to fund my debut collection. My fashion journey led me to prestigious runways like StyleWeek in Rhode Island and the Cadillac Design Challenge with StyleChicago. It culminated with a charitable runway event against human trafficking, which I organized. My foray into fashion also included a skincare line, which was a thriving part of my business until Covid. In 2019, I ventured into podcasting, driven by my personal history of overcoming abuse and trauma. The name "Label Free," coined with the aid of my best friend Julie Bryant, reflects my commitment to living a life free of societal labels. My podcast focuses on conversations with entrepreneurs who lead life on their own terms, offering valuable insights to the audience. Since its start, Label Free has flourished, reaching the top 0.5% globally across various platforms, including 15 audio platforms and YouTube. Kiah and her family have been searching for justice challenging “The stand your ground”. There is much information still coming out about the injustice committed. Florida has a stand your ground law that protects murderers who hide behind this law. Kiah and I believe that a separate institution should investigate the murder of Deanna because her ex-girlfriend worked for the department prior. I hope and pray Deanna gets the justice she so desperately deserves. Kiah tells her cousin’s story who barley saw any media coverage. Today we will give Kiah the media coverage this case deserves. In the early morning hours of June 8, 2017, Deanna Stevison was shot four times and killed. She was 31 years old. She left behind a 14-year-old son, an identical twin sister, another sister and brother, a devoted mom, and countless other family and friends who continue to mourn her loss.
When her family was told the devastating news, they were completely stunned to learn that the shooter, Jane Plunkett, was claiming self-defense. In Florida, this is known as the infamous "Stand Your Ground" law. We are petitioning the state attorney to hasten the investigation of Deanna Stevison's death and pursue charges against those involved. We can no longer stand by while our loved one is gone, and those responsible are free to live their lives.
The backstory
Deanna was estranged from her former fiancé, Meghan, who began dating a former police officer named Amy Plunkett. A few years ago, Deanna and Meghan bought a house together, which Deanna and her son Skyler had been living in since Deanna and Meghan's relationship ended. Meghan made it noticeably clear that she wanted the house back. In the days leading up to her death, Deanna began to tell people that she was extremely nervous that "something bad" was going to happen. She believed Meghan could do anything to get the house back, including using her new girlfriend's knowledge of laws (like Stand Your Ground) to get Deanna out of the house.According to police, Deanna went to Amy Plunkett's apartment, which she shared with her mother, Jane Plunkett (the shooter). Deanna's family has pointed out that she would not have gone to this person's house unless she had been asked to, and it was clear she had no intention of staying long because she left her car running with the door open when she got there, as if to indicate she was there to pick something up. The shooter is claiming that Deanna tried to push open the door, so she grabbed her gun and shot Deanna four times. She told the police that she didn't have her glasses on so didn't know who was coming into the house. She already knew how to say, "stand your ground" and was never charged.
Witnesses with text messages have come forward to local authorities to show a clear picture of the situation, yet the local authorities refuse to take the case seriously. Deanna's family was told by the local investigator on the case to essentially "let bygones be bygones" because it was a domestic event that went wrong.
Could you imagine knowing all the behind-the-scenes details about your child's death, or your sister's death, yet you're being asked to just let it go?? This is what Deanna Stevison's family is being asked to do. And meanwhile, Deanna's surviving child was forced to move out of his home, while Meghan moved into the house within weeks of Deanna's shooting and has now moved Amy Plunkett into Deanna's home.
As of the date of this petition, the state attorney is supposed to be investigating Deanna's death. It has been three months, and no current information has been provided.

I had the Pleasure of interviewing McCracken Poston Jr Who is a criminal Defense lawyer In Northwest Georgia Just Below Chattanooga Tennessee. McCracken Poston gives us his first-person account while he defended Alvin Ridley. McCracken authored a book called Zenith man, Death, Love, and Redemption in a court room. Alvin Ridley was a difficult client, but I love the friendship that followed. McCracken Poston answers questions that the Forensic Files episode did not mention. His Bio is below. The link for his book is below to purchase.
About McCracken Poston Jr.
Recovering from getting my ass whipped in a congressional race, professionally and personally, I was somewhat lost. Then I began to be stalked by the strangest, scariest man in town, who was accused of keeping his wife locked in the basement for decades and then killing her. Alvin Ridley was a failed TV repairman, and sold the Zenith brand before the corporation, like most everyone else, abandoned his business. He shuttered it in 1984, blaming local officials for "running off his customers" and "taking his van." The congressman who beat me called to demand that I keep Alvin Ridley away from his congressional office. For every ounce of suspicion for the local government, Alvin had hope that the federal government would save him. This call motivated me like nothing else.
Biography
About the author McCracken King Poston, Jr. was born and raised in Catoosa County in Northwest Georgia. A four-term member of the Georgia House of Representatives, his world unraveled after a number of personal and professional setbacks, including a losing bid for the U.S. Congress. Soon, Poston found himself representing a most unusual client - a man once revered as a natural TV repairman who had also suffered several downfalls, including being accused of holding his wife captive in their basement for almost three decades before killing her. Poston went on to complete the representation of Alvin "Zenith Man" Ridley, and the community was shocked to hear the truth of what went on at the dilapidated house in Ringgold, Georgia. Only recently, Alvin Ridley was diagnosed with Autism Spectrum Disorder, which explains much about how throughout his life he was misunderstood by his community. Poston's first book is a story of redemption, of more than one man in Catoosa County, Georgia. Poston went on from this case to a distinguished career as a criminal defense lawyer, with cases featured on television's "Forensic Files," A&E's "American Justice," and several national publications. He and his secretary continue to help Mr. Ridley, now eighty-one, making and getting him to appointments, and helping him navigate a neurotypical world.

In this case, Alvin Ridley's mannerisms - a flat vocal effect, misaligned emotional state, etc. - were used against him in determining whether to accuse him of holding his wife captive for decades and then killing her, and also were used against him during his trial.

Alvin Ridley was accused of keeping his wife captive in the basement for decades and murdering her on October 4th, 1997. The way Alvin responded to the Police caused them to doubt his innocence. After 8 months of investigating, they arrested Alvin for murder. Virginia had not been seen in the community since September 15th of 1970. It was a small-town people Gossip. Episode 71-Louisiana's Bayou Strangler Part 1
In Episode 71-Louisiana's Bayou Strangler Part 1. I dive into Louisiana's Bayou Strangler. This chronicle begins in Louisiana on August of 1996 when neighbors reported a nude young man running in the neighborhood after leaping out of a window of a trailer park home belonging to a man named Ronald Dominique . He was screaming up and down the streets that Dominique had tried to kill him. The Louisiana police were called to investigate the young man’s allegations. Officers arrested Ronald Dominique. The young man insisted that he had a narrow escape to death because Dominique had tried to kill him. He said he tried to strangle him. Dominique spent two weeks in prison awaiting his trial. Dominque expressed his discontent at the prison for the brutal rapes he endured at the hands of other prisoners. His court day finally arrived but his accuser never showed up in court to testify against Dominique. The case was dismissed. Officers had no choice but to let him go. Dominique was disheartened by the conditions of the prison and his treatment; he vowed he would never go back to prison. He also figured he needed to be incredibly careful with leaving any survivors. This gave him a boost of confidence to continue with caution. The release of this offender would have deadly and devastating consequences for 9 years. Bodies start to litter parishes, Marshy Bayous, and sugar cane fields. Thank You all again for your support. I appreciate you. Welcome to Episode 70-Milagros Cecilia Billini
This case is personal for me. She was my mothers bestfriend. She was my aunt. She didn't deserve to have her life taken away from her. Help me spread this episode. I want him to be taunted by her picture and this case.
My mother and Milagros met in 1975 in elementary school in 3rd grade. My mom and her became friends. Milly defended my mother against some girls who were bullying her. This forges an unbreakable bond between two best friends. Milly and my mom would always hang out together until Milly moved away a little after 4th grade. Milly’s older sister always in trouble running away from home. Milly was forced to move away to go to another school. My mother and Milly would soon get in touch when my mother saw her longtime friend dancing on a tv station to the Menudo's. These girls were best friends for a long time until one day a monster would change the course of their lives forever. This case is inactive and still unsolved. I want this episode to come out on her birthday 1/29/2024. Happy Birthday Milagros Billini. I urge anyone to please pass this episode along. This monster needs to be caught. He had evaded justice for far too long. Her mother passed away never knowing who murdered her daughter. If you or anyone has information, please contact the 43rd Precinct in the Bronx. My mother tried to get her case on America’s Most Wanted. The spokesperson contacted my mother to tell her officers were unwilling to shed information on her case, making it impossible to bring light to her case. She was a mother, daughter, sister, and friend. I would love for my family to have answers and a resolution for her. Say her name Milagros Billini. Guys, I need your help. Please pass this episode along. I pray her case gets solved every day. Thank You all again for your support. I appreciate you. Episode-69-CTA (Domestic Violence and Sex trafficking)
On this episode I share a story of a14-year-old girl, troubled at home, lured by an older boy …
Trafficked to a forced prostitution ring, sold and re-sold, finally taken by the police —
But then jailed because of an antiquated state law that makes the child the criminal … and often lets the predator off scot-free.
It’s happening here … in the United States. And it’s not right. We must unite to take a stand against Human trafficking. We can show support to these two organizations that empower and help victims facing abusive relationships and human trafficking. We must all come together in support of agencies who are doing advocacy work to change the laws of victims being criminalized. I have attached the two organizations that are there to provide more information. I believe supporting and empowering individuals who have gone through traumas in their lives can be enrichment in their lives. We can always share and spread this information across the board. I want this information to reach as many people as possible. I believe we are the gatekeepers of information and sharing information is crucial in helping anyone else. Welcome to Episode 68-This is the Finale of the Bitsa Park Maniac aka Alexander Pickhushkin. In this episode I break down how Investigators needed to make sure that everything Pickhushkin had told them was not a macquination of his imagination. We have seen criminals confess only to recant their statements and accuse officials of being coerced into making a false confession. Investigators needed to have substantial evidence of his culpability for the prosecution. They Bring Pickhushkin to the Scene of his crime in Bitsa park. In February of 2002, 4 years earlier, an unsolved crime was reported to police by hospital personnel. A patient came in with curious injuries. The woman has a story to tell when investigators get there. Her name is Maria Viricheva, 19 she (survived). She said she met Alexander Pichushkin. She says she met him at a metro station. She had split with a bf and was struggling to make ends meet. She said she was crying and he approached her, asked her what was wrong and offered her a drink. He offered to sell her some cameras he said they were in Bitsa park. Maria was pregnant at the time. He took her to a remote place and told her they were in the sewers. Her story is one of true survival and a story that could have exposed a monster 4 years earlier. Thank You all again for your support. I appreciate you.
