This Hawaiian phrase has been used far and wide. If you are from Hawaiʻi and particularly from Maui, you have probably heard the phrase, Maui nō ka ʻoi, Maui is the best. In this episode, we discuss how this traditional saying has come to life in the midst of tragedy here on our island.
