Guenther Steiner is a motorsport professional with a long, successful career as a team manager. He was the co-founder and former Team Principal of the Haas Formula One Team, and the previous managing director of Jaguar Racing and technical operations director of its subsequent incarnation, Red Bull Racing. In 2014, Guenther persuaded Gene Haas, owner of Haas Automation and NASCAR championship winning team Stewart-Haas Racing, to enter Formula 1. With their entry in the 2016 season, Haas became the first American constructor to compete in F1 in 30 years. Steiner is also a prominent figure in the cast of the successful Netflix series Drive to Survive. His book, Surviving to Drive, was published in 2023 and became an instant Sunday Times bestseller. His latest book, Unfiltered, released in October 2024.

Nic Hamilton is a professional race car driver, motivational speaker, and author who has overcome significant adversity to pursue his dream of competing at the highest levels of motorsports. Born with cerebral palsy, Nic was told early on that he would never walk, but through perseverance, determination, and the support of his family, he not only learned to walk but also went on to become a successful racing driver. Nic made his racing debut in the British Touring Car Championship (BTCC) and has since become an inspirational figure both on and off the track.
In addition to his racing career, Nic is passionate about using his platform to inspire others. He regularly speaks on the importance of resilience, mental toughness, and breaking barriers. Nic's story has touched the lives of many, and his commitment to advocacy for people with disabilities continues to make an impact in the world of sports and beyond.

As Chief Executive of McLaren Racing, Zak Brown has overall responsibility for the business, including strategic direction, operational performance, marketing and commercial development. Zak leads McLaren’s direction and involvement in professional motorsport, spearheaded by the McLaren Formula 1 team. Operating at the pinnacle of global motorsport, McLaren uses the white heat of competition to drive innovation and develop synergies across the group, including but also in Formula E, Xtreme E, IndyCar, and F1 Academy.
In 1995, he founded JMI, which grew to become the largest and most successful motorsport marketing agency in the world. When JMI was acquired by CSM, a division of Chime Communications, in 2013, Brown became the company’s Chief Executive Officer. He then relinquished that post to embark on his journey at McLaren in the winter of 2016. A passionate racer, collector and enthusiast, Zak also sits on the board of Cosworth Engineering and competes and races as a partner and driver in Anglo-American racing team United Autosports.

John "Dragon" Teichert is a retired U.S. Air Force brigadier general, an inspirational leader, a keen strategist, a passionate innovator, and a national security expert. John retired as the Assistant Deputy Undersecretary of the Air Force, International Affairs, responsible for worldwide international engagement on behalf of the U.S. Air Force and U.S. Space Force while leading the services’ entire $240 billion security cooperation portfolio. Prior to that, John was the Senior Defense Official and Defense Attaché to Iraq, leading on the front lines in the most challenging environment. He has been an F-15E combat pilot, an F-22 test pilot, the commander of Joint Base Andrews, and the commander of Edwards Air Force Base.
