  • One of the best parts of hosting Passion for Impact is I get to have pre-interview chats with guests to get a feel for our chemistry and check in on the topics that matter most to them. Julie said one sentence to me and I was instantly thinking….now this is going to be a great conversation. Upbeat, real, raw, open and FUN–these are words that describe this inspiring human. First some background. Cole is a recovered lawyer, mom of six and co-founder of Mabel’s Labels. She has helped her company bring their product to a worldwide market, gain media recognition and win countless entrepreneur awards. Cole is a best-selling author, regular television contributor, a sought after speaker and emcee. And she is here sharing her energy and love with all of us. You can find her book, Birthing Businesses, Babies, and a Life Beyond Labels, at all major book sellers. Listen in and soak up Julie's refreshing perspectives on life, leadership and impact!

  • Trevor Walker is on the show and I have a bit of a professional crush on this man. I feel like he can see into people in a way that brings out the very best in who they are. It’s inspiring. Trevor is on a mission to prove that you are photogenic. Once a recruiter turned photographer, Trevor has recently moved into being a teacher to other business owners as well. What I love about his work is how he captures the essence of a spirit in a single photograph. I have been watching Trevor share his passion, purpose and talents on-line and reached out to him to be a guest because I know how hard it can be to turn a passion into a business. Trevor has done it and done it well. I want to know his secrets on how to be an impact maker while developing a brand and creating a successful business. Listen in to learn and grow! • Greg Bickert, founder and CEO of Inspire Property Management is one of those humans who lives, in biz and beyond, as a value-centred impact leader. He started working in the strata industry in 2005 and worked up to Managing Broker (the highest non-owner position in the company). Ultimately he left that company due to a toxic workplace. He then moved to another company, which appeared to be on the same path as the last. In 2015 he took the plunge and founded Inspire Property Management. The lessons learned from working in several companies (mostly what not to do) helped him to create the work environment that was recently selected as a finalist for the Kelowna Chamber’s Inclusive Workplace Award. In this open conversation Greg shares from his heart about how past trauma fuels his leadership, compassion and policies.
