A CISO joked about his wife clicking on phishing emails, and while many found it humorous, it upset me more than it probably should have. Phishing is no joke, unfortunately. But, there are ways to take phishing seriously, while being supportive. Personally, I think it should be treated like workplace health & safety: through education, progressive help, and accountability.
