  • While the upcoming election is contentious to the point of violence, we as the church must band together in unity for the sake of the gospel. We must bring the good news of the gospel even to a bad situation because we are called to be the peacemakers even in the midst of chaos. Pastor Donnie McClurkin warned us not to be so blinded by politics that we forget to preach the good news of the gospel. Let us not compromise or stay silent. Although there are many opinions, everyone has a choice. So we should be the balance and not allow any of the wrangling to divide us. From the text in Matthew 24, PM confirmed that we are living in the season Jesus spoke of, where ethnic groups will contend with each other but regardless of it unfolding, we are called to preach the gospel into all the world. He concluded that this should be the church's true message and top priority.

  • In this powerful testimony, Pastor James Wilson shares the emotional story of his baby girl, Julia, who was born prematurely with life-threatening health complications. Julia's mother recalls the terrifying moments leading up to an emergency C-section, where their baby was born unresponsive, not breathing, and with severe infections and heart conditions. Despite the overwhelming odds, the power of daily prayer and unwavering faith became their source of hope. The prayers of the community, including nurses who prayed through the night, played a key role in Julia's miraculous recovery. Over time, Julia's health improved dramatically, leaving her family and doctors amazed at her progress. This testimony is a moving reminder of how faith and prayer can bring healing even in the darkest times.

  • In an inspiring message, Pastor Donnie McClurkin challenged every believer to avoid engaging and perpetuating in the hostile dysfunctions and maladies of relationships that only lead to divisions and disunity.

How can we say that we are the church and body of Christ when we refuse to get along with each other?

In his opening text from Psalm 133:1-3, he reminded us that God will command the blessing when we are unified. He also quoted Deuteronomy 32, which revealed that although one can overcome a thousand foes, two will overcome ten thousand because Godā€™s power will not only come down in our situation but it will multiply beyond measure to demolish all that is against us. So we should strive for unity and never allow our feelings to blind us from the truth of Godā€™s word. He concluded by using the analogy that scars are proof that our past wounds were healed. So we should be quick to forgive and live peacefully with each other and then and only then will our souls be able to heal in the love of God.

  • Most of us live life with expectations that are deemed as normal. However, when those normal expectations take a turn for the worse or things become extreme we tend to lose our footing and overall grip on life. Pastor James Wilson, in his message, "You are not normal", asks the question, what do you do when things are not so normal? Do you back away or throw in the towel? As believers, we have to face these abnormal situations head on trusting in what God said. From his text in Genesis 50, he reminded us that sometimes, God will allow us to go through difficult times, like Joseph, who had to go from a promise to the pit, then into slavery, then to prison before he got to the palace. He concluded that it's time to stay the course by pushing back on all that comes up against us because God's promises will shine brighter no matter how dark things get.

  • In this compelling sermon, Pastor Donnie McClurkin tackled the critical importance of guarding your heart, as emphasized in Proverbs 4:23. The heart is described as deceitful, often leading us astray through flawed choices and emotions. He explains that only by returning to God, the ultimate creator, can we truly understand and heal our hearts, thoughts, and souls. Addressing the trichotomy of manā€”spirit, body, and soulā€”this sermon underscores the need for spiritual recalibration and soul healing, reminding us that wealth and success cannot mend a broken soul. With powerful examples of faith and healing, Pastor Donnie calls for honesty with God, urging us to seek His help in overcoming past issues and to embrace the unique identity He has given each of us. Break free from the yoke of your past and step into the abundant life God has planned for you.

  • Life will always have its struggles but these struggles are no surprise to God. Sometimes we forget that God has plans that He purposely structured for us and it includes all of our struggles. Pastor Donnie McClurkin propelled exuberantly from the first part of the text in Philippians 1:6, which says, ā€œbeing confidentā€; and revealed to us that God is walking with us through every situation we are facing, inclusive of our mistakes and wrong doings. God doesnā€™t just come to our problems but Heā€™s already ahead of it because Heā€™s up to something. The enemy will hit us hard, fast and continuously but we must remember to represent God well by not bowing to the evils of this world. So when your problems get intense, remain confident and keep your eyes open because God is about to show up. Heā€™s up to something.

  • The Bible says that God will command the blessings when people come together in unity. Pastor Donnie McClurkin vehemently opposed the widespread division that has found its way into the body of Christ. He ascertained that this division has put the church in a dangerous place because the church is a substratum of hope and help for the world. He admonished that we should not allow our political differences to bifurcate our fellowship and solidarity because if the church is divided then we will become disconnected and dysfunctional. He then called for unity, reminding us that everyone is valuable and everyone is needed in their respective roles because God has made us as one body, which should never be divided.

  • It is really easy to quote the Scriptures, especially during hard times but do we really know or understand their meaning? Elder James Wilson, annexed the promises of God with a charge to never quit amid our struggles. Although we may find ourselves between the purpose of God and the destruction and divisiveness of the world, God will make good on His Word and His grace will take us through it. So be encouraged today, Godā€™s promises of provision are far greater than anything you could ever face and His promises won't let you quit.

  • When was the last time you evaluated the impact of your words over your life and those around you? What we say doesn't just come out of heads but it emerges from our hearts. Although words are not magical, they hold power and influence in all that we do. The culture of Christianity is comprehensively based on the Bible, this then gives the believers the responsibility to govern their lives by studying and applying the word, especially in their speech. Pastor Donnie McClurkin, vigorously, pivoted from Proverbs 18:21, and cemented the foundation on the power of the tongue. He made it clear that if we speak negative words, they can either be productive or abortive, not only in our lives but also in the lives of others. We should study, listen more and talk less. It's time to purge ourselves from all negativity. So watch your mouth and donā€™t let it hinder your success.

  • If we reflected on the first time that we heard about Jesus, it was probably through someone that we met in passing or someone we already know but either way, someone spoke to us. PDM gave us a Christian staple that as believers, we should be ready and willing to share the gospel with others. Although church attendance is necessary, we shouldn't allow ourselves to be confined to just it functions. Jesus wants us to get out of our comfort zones and become steadily emboldened by his great commission to go out and win more souls. So since God had done such a wonderful transformation in you, why not share it. Itā€™s time to get out of the shallow waters and launch out into the deep.

  • There are things in life that are seemingly unfair and unfavorable to us despite us being on our knees, faithful in prayer and in service to the Lord. More often, we think that just because we pray and serve the Lord, we always get what we want.
