When I first set this podcast up Kiki Bosch was one of the first guests I wanted to speak to. You may know her from one of her viral videos where she is freediving in some of the clearest and coldest waters on the planet without a wetsuit. She is a pioneer in combining freediving and extreme cold exposure and showing it as an entirely new therapeutic form in itself. She is the ice woman and an ambassador of nature. Through out this podcast Kiki takes us through some of her most incredible encounters with nature including her close encounter with death, but perhaps most incredible is how the cold has helped her in overcoming past trauma, depression and why disturbing the comfort is her new life slogan.

Many of us feel that there is something missing from our lives and so we naturally go in search of that ‘something more’. The miracle is that we never were limited and isolated, but only ever life itself: all made out of oneself—the boundless fabric of experience. In this deep discussion with James Eaton we explore what our reality is, talk about the awareness of self, and explore many other incredibly interesting concepts such as duality and what we really are.

Dr Rory McGill was a GP for 20 years and came to the understanding that when he was prescribing medication he was very often just tackling the symptoms, meaning in the long term many patients were not making full recoveries. After training and qualifying in a variety of other medical practices he found that treating patients from a holistic perspective (holistic meaning whole) he was tackling the source of the issue and seeing a huge difference in his patients. Join us as we delve into some incredible topics such as bad clinical practice / bad science, the pharmaceutical industry, nutrition and psychosomatic illnesses.
