Hello and welcome back to Rad Mom Radio!
This week my guest is Celestyna Brozek Wild. Celestyna is a parent couch who combines multiple neuroscientific and metaphysical modalities into a hybrid therapeutic coaching approach called Deep Change Work.Deep Change Work identifies unconscious unhelpful patterns in how we perceive ourselves, others, and the world, and updates them in a deep way, not just neo-cortically, but in the lower brain, the body, and the nervous system as well, so the change is accepted by and integrated into the whole system.
Deep Change Work centers and celebrates human complexity and wholeness. This work also brings attention to where modern life is fricative with indigenous and sociobiological aspects of our humanity. Celestyna works with all individuals, but especially loves supporting parents, relationships, and midlife transitions.
In addition to her practice, Celestyna publishes the ARCHETYPOS zine and produces podcasts, including her own podcast, The Surf and Stars Social Club Podcast, where you can listen to live client coaching to get an intimate feel for how she works. Lastly, Celestyna supports families through community events she hosts locally around Denver, CO. To learn more about her work and sign up to receive emails, please visit celestynawild.com -

Hello and welcome to Rad Mom Radio – a podcast dedicated to moms and all their favorite topics. My name’s Natalie, and I’m your host.
My guest this week is Becca Ferry. Becca is a wife, a mom, a social media influencer, and the owner of Bettering Society where she creates and sells mental health apparel. You can find Becca on Instagram @betteringbecca and @shopbetteringsociety.
I discovered Becca on Instagram - she was talking about her experience with borderline personality disorder. And I was just so impressed with her willingness to be vulnerable about something so sensitive online. I think there is a huge stigma against moms that struggle with mental health issues and because of that stigma a lot of moms won’t talk about their struggles openly. It feels risky. So to see someone talking about it so openly really stood out to me. So I sent Becca a message inviting her to come on as a guest and I’m so glad she said yes because this was such an awesome conversation.
I can’t say enough good things about Becca, she is sweet, honest, warm, genuine, brave, and I think that the work she’s doing is remarkable. So I feel very honored that I got to hang out and chat with her. In this episode we talked about Becca’s experience with her mental health, borderline personality – what it is and how it has impacted her life. We talked about mental health stigma against mothers, we talked about normalizing open discussions about the darker aspects of mental health, and we talked about what it’s like to talk about maternal mental health online.
