Hey everyone, wow.. It has been a minute since I have shared with you guys and I am so glad to be able to finally share this with you all.
So many of you have been with me since I first posted and really opened up with me outside of the episodes, so I wanted to give back and share with you why I started RBTL and what I want to do with this safe space going forward. It has always been a personality trait of mine to be unapologetically vulnerable and I hope that never goes away because it has helped not only me but so many other people.
Like I said in this episode, here is to the new year and continuing to share with one another.
Xo,

But really, I just wanted to bring back the real and relatable content that RBTL was started with, so lets just talk and catch up. I missed you guys! -

Hi everyone, happy Wednesday! Here's to being halfway through the week.
This episode is going to discuss experiences, both personal and shared, of going to the gynecologist, as well as how to find the right gynecologist for you. Today's episode does contain a TW for sexual assault and, or sexual harassment. I want to thank my brave listener for submitting her stories and providing solidarity for anyone who is silently recovering from a similar experience. If you or anyone you know ever needs to talk, the National Sexual Assault Hotline is available 24/7, at 800-656-HOPE.

Episode 1 is a quickie.. Kinda like your first Gyno appointment, but welcome! This episode is all about opening up, not just at the doctors, but I will share a little bit about myself too. The entire idea of going to the gynecologist for the first time can be a little intimidating, but let me tell you a little about my experience and also what to expect going forward. I'm so happy you're here, let's chat!
