  • The Reds sweep the Dodgers! We're back, baby!
The Reds lose a series to the stupid Cardinals. Same ol' Reds, sigh.
Perhaps it's more nuanced than that, but more importantly: Is Hunter Greene finally an ace? Chad debated that question and much, much more with Doug Gray.

  • Nate was joined this week by Jeff Carr, host of Locked on Reds, as well as Twitter legend and Riverfront family favorite Branch Brown to discuss the state of the union. After they had a terrible time recapping this ugly stretch they decided to channel their inner Geno Suarez and go Good Vibes Only!
The guys went toe-to-toe in a 6 round All Time Reds Trade draft where they had to choose from select categories to keep it interesting. And to round it, they discussed why there is, in fact, some reason to hope!

  • In this edition of Redleg Roundtable, Seth Shaner sits down with longtime Cincinnati Reds relief pitcher Scott Sullivan.
Sullivan had the distinction of throwing over 100 innings out of the Reds bullpen for four consecutive seasons and appeared in exactly 79 games in 1999, 2000 and 2001.
From his journey as a walk on at Auburn University to a second-round pick and beyond, Sullivan's story is a great one.

  • Another series blunder as today the Reds couldn't get Elly De La Cruz, the major league leader in stolen bases to third base with that fantastic ghost runner rule leading to a 3-7 West Coast road trip and an overall 19-28 record on the season.

Tim and Ben recap the weekend series, the frustrations of some of the big moments from the Sunday game vs the Dodgers, and give their thoughts on Hunter Greene's excellent performance.

The guys also dive into Spencer Steer and his struggles as well as Tyler Stephenson's success through the season.

Lastly, the guys look ahead to the return to GABP vs the Padres.

  • Chad, Bill Lack, and Chris Garber got together and this one went off the rails early. We discussed important questions like: Why are the Reds bat at hitting? Why aren't there enough napkins at Great American Ballpark? Should David Bell be on the hot seat?

  • It's been a rough stretch for the good guys, and of course, we had to get to the bottom of it. In the first half of this episode Nate rants about The Bad, The Good, and What Comes Next for the big league club.
Rounding things out in the second half, Tim Daniel sits down with Nick Curran, Broadcast Director and Play-By-Play voice of the Louisville Bats. Together they try to figure out who on the AAA club can help the Reds break out of their malaise.

  • On this edition of Redleg Roundtable Seth and Nate sat down with New York Times bestselling author and journalist Keith O'Brien! Keith's recently released book Charlie Hustle: The Rise and Fall of Pete Rose and the Last Glory Days of Baseball is an absolute must read for Reds fans of any age.
Keith's telling begins before Pete was born and takes the reader all the way through his banishment from baseball, covering all of the highs, lows, and everything in between. We're extremely grateful for the opportunity to speak with Keith and dive in to this wonderfully compelling journey through the life of one of the most interesting men to ever play OUR favorite game, and an icon in our beloved city.

  • Well, this was a week you'd like never to remember again as the Reds won 1 of their 6 games and struggled a lot vs an elite team in Baltimore.

The offense has at times looked lifeless, and non-competitive, the guys their down to injuries or suspension haven't been missed any more than they were this week.

But the beauty is, they can get right back on track this week when the defending NL Champs, Arizona Diamondbacks come to town.

Tim and Ben painstakingly discuss this week of Reds Baseball and look ahead to the series vs Arizona and the potential return of Frankie Montas. Does the Offense find its way? Lets certainly hope so.

  • Nate and Chad sat down to discuss a lackluster road trip against the Texas Rangers and San Diego Padres, curious roster decisions, stellar pitching, and less-than-stellar hitting. Despite a 2-4 record out west there are plenty of things to be excited about!
The product has been tough to watch at times, but the gang believes optimism should remain high. Listen in to see why they are having Good Vibes Only!

  • Although the Reds did lose 2 of 3 to the defending World Series Champion Texas Rangers, there was a lot to like with how they played in the series...... And a few things that weren't very likable as well.

Tim and Ben are joined by Steven Offenbaker of Locked on Reds to recap the series, discuss Hunter Greene's 2 starts this past week, Jeimer Candelario's struggles and Hector Rodriguez making a name for himself.

  • Nate and Chad were joined by Tim Daniel of Late Night Reds to revel in the play of the 14-10 Cincinnati Reds! And of course they had to go deep on how absolutely absurd Elly De La Cruz has been playing. They also talked through why this team hasn't come close to reaching it's potential and why Tyler Stephenson and CES might be about to get HOT!
After current events, the gang had some (okay, a lot of) fun drafting their favorite Reds players of all time! They made it a little tougher on themselves using unique categories from which to draft. It was a blast going down memory lane with stories and anecdotes from some certified inner-circle Reds Hall of Famers!

  • On this edition of Redleg Roundtable, Seth Shaner is joined by artist Daniel Jacob Horine, who has merged baseball heroes with comic book-type art to create the Pop Fly Pop Shop.
Beginning in 2020, Pop Fly Pop Shop has featured some of baseball's most iconic players and moments, including Cincinnati's Eric Davis, The Big Red Machine Great Eight, Ted Kluszewski, Pete Rose, Johnny Bench and Joe Morgan.
Seth and Daniel Jacob discuss each of those prints that depict Cincinnati Reds and what went to making them.

  • The Reds played an eventful series this weekend at GABP vs the Angels and we're here to break it all down.

Between Elly's opposite-field homer, Tyler Stephenson's Grand slams, and Nick Lodol making his return to the mound at his home stadium, there are certainly a lot of things to discuss. Join Tim and Ben this week as we recap the series, preview the Phillies, and discuss Cam Collier making a name for himself.

  • How we feelin', Reds fans? Chad and Bill are taking the temperature of Reds fans after a wild week in which the Reds swept the White Sox but were swept in turn by the Mariners. Chad is buying stock in one Reds pitcher, and divesting his position in another pitcher. Why are the guys cautiously optimistic about the pitching staff? Why do Chad and Bill disagree about Jonathan India?
And, as always, we wax poetic about The Elly De La Cruz Experience.
