When something happens just as you'd hoped, when things link together in a ridiculously meaningful way, when the timing all works out, when a certain message is repeated...we call those God winks. 2020 was a year like no other. Life as we knew it was completely interrupted. For many, it will never be the same. Collectively, we've probably never been happier to welcome a new year! So it felt right to end the year with some reflections on the lessons we learned through what many have called the dumpster fire that was 2020. But even the fire revealed some silver linings and shed light on what matters most.

Nothing in 2020 has gone as planned. Including this week's gratitude-themed episode which was thwarted and instead is a short reflection from Cool J. I share some fresh disappointment (add it to the ash heap of 2020) and what is helping me refocus on goodness.
