In the second verse of the Emerald Tablet of Hermes, it is written: "As above, so below". The physical world follows a rational, beautiful logic, and human beings for some mysterious reason can tune in to it. Even more mysteriously, as the quote from the Hermetic writings suggest, this beautiful logic mirrors the higher dimensions of consciousness. And this echo is one key we can use to unlock access to unified consciousness. The 'beautiful logic' explored in this meditation is that of the four elements that constitute the building blocks of the physical world. In this meditation you will learn how to tune in to the harmony underlying these building blocks of reality. And by synching up with the harmony of the sacred number four, you have the possibility of transcending numbers, the elements and physical reality altogether, opening the gateway to all the power of the universe flowing effortlessly through your human form.

If there were a road to heaven it would begin at the heart β€οΈ, travel up through the neck π, pause at the center of the eye brow line β¨ and finish at the crown of the head ποΈ. Travel this road of peace, harmony, unity and oneness (PHUO); follow this path to universal love with me in this meditation on your true nature.
PEACE: The sensibility of your fourth or heart chakra, the seat of your intuition, the consciousness where you awaken to your higher self
HARMONY: The sensibility of your fifth or throat chakra, where you realize you are an equal partner with the life force
UNITY: The sensibility of your sixth or third eye chakra, where you awaken to the truth of union with the divine
ONENESS: The sensibility of your seventh or crown chakra, where you and universal love are one and the same

A wise master once explained to me that the secret to a happy life was simply to let go of all negative or limiting thoughts or emotions. If you can do that all you have to do is sit back and watch your good arrive. 'Why does it work, what is the foundation, what is the key?', I asked him. "The key is that there is already an underlying perfection. By letting go of all negative or limiting thoughts you get out of the way and allow that perfection to manifest unimpeded." A cynic might say we are simply tricking our brain to believe something that isnβt true. But if it works, does it matter? Try it out and decide for yourself.

Throughout mystical traditions the world over the heart and heart center have been understood to be a gateway of sorts to Truth. The wisdom one needs in order to discover the secrets of Illumination (or, to use the old phrase: "to know God") can be found in our heart energy. But these secrets can only be attained by lifting the dark curtain of ignorance that covers the mirror we call our heart. We lift the curtain and we polish this mirror. Then the hidden treasures of divine beauty and love can begin reflecting these secrets out into our life in the physical domain. This guided meditation helps translate this precious insight into practice.

One of our superpowers is our ability to direct our attention. Whether we do so consciously or not, we have the power to move our awareness to a place of our choosing. Yet most of us spend our entire lives unconscious of this power and therefore use it only sparingly. But, with practice, it can be developed and strengthened. With practice we can learn to use this power to relax and heal the body, unlock long buried traumas, and even release long-held karma. When we do this, we awaken to the fullest and best experiences life has to offer. This guided meditation helps you develop this superpower.

Tonglen is an ancient Buddhist practice developed to awaken compassion. Done correctly it can release long buried pain and awaken a profound and healing loving energy within you. Through a process of "giving and taking" (which is what Tonglen means), you restore harmony to a divided world and heal your wounds simultaneously with others'.
