Hey, Sister-friend 👋🏽
I want to introduce you to the acronym L.I.F.E.M.O.R.T.S.
This explains the nine types of threats that can cause a strong emotional reaction like fear or an unconscious, instantaneous stress response such as flight, flight, and freeze.
Understanding the different threats may help you better understand your sources of emotional outbursts or fear responses so you can defuse emotion in yourself. This will keep you from running on automatic reactions. When you identify the threats you are afraid of, you can begin working with your body to heal somatically and submit the source of fear to God as prayer points.
I hope this episode blesses and inspires you.
