In this episode, we narrate the story of how Lord Ganesh incarnated in the form of Vighnaharta Avataar to end the atrocities of Mamtasur. Once Goddess Parvati laughed out loud while sitting with her friends. From this laughter, there was a human born whom she named Mamtasur.
Goddess Parvati taught him to pray to Lord Ganesha to fulfill all his desires. Mamtasur went to a forest where he met some demons and became friends with them. He did severe penance and finally, when Lord Ganesha appeared in front of him, he asked for his blessings to remove all obstacles in his way during the war. After this, he was declared demon king and was also married to a demon princess. Then Mamtasur waged a terrible war against the gods and Lord Ganesh has to intervene to stop him.

In the twelfth story of this podcast, we narrate the story of how Lord Ganesh incarnated in the form of Vakratund to end the atrocities of the demon Matsrasur.
There was a demon named Matsrasur who was a devotee of Lord Shiva and did hard penance to get a boon from Lord Shiva. After that, he was declared the Kind of Demons, and then Matsrasur attacked the three kingdoms and started to rule over them. When demi-gods were upset, they were asked by Sage Dattatrey to worship the Vakratund form of Lord Ganesh. And in this form, Lord Ganesh stepped in to end the unjust rule of the demon Matsrasur.

In the elevnth story of this podcast, we narrate the story of how Lord Ganesh taught an important lesson to the god of wealth, Kuber.
Once Kuber decided to show his opulence to others and invited all other gods and goddesses for a meal at his palace. He also invited Lord Shiva and his family for the same but Lord Shiva was able to gauge the real reason for the invitation. So he asked Lord Ganesh to teach Kuber a lesson. Lord Ganesh emptied all the food vessels which were prepared for the party by Kuber and then asked for more. Kuber finally learned his lesson and sought help from Lord Shiva to save himself.

One day, Lord Brahma helped Mahadev in a difficult decision and which was against Lord Ganesh. In his innocence, he went to scare Lord Brahma. One day, Lord Parshuram visited Kailash Parvat in order to meet Lord Shiva and seek his blessings. Lord Ganesh was watching over the palace and didn't allow him to enter in as per Mahadev's orders as he was resting. This led to a massive fight between the two and when Lord Parshuram used Mahadev's axe, Ganesh took the blow on one of his tooths and ended up losing it. Since then, he is called as Ek Dant Ganesh.

One day, all the gods started fighting as to who should be the first revered god by humans. In this, they ended up seeking inputs from Lord Shiva who set up a competition in which the first person to circumvent the Earth and be back will be the winner. While all the other gods went literally to take a circle of the world, Lord Ganesh took a circle around his parents and told everyone that his parents are his entire world. He has thus crowned the winner and given the title of first revered god.

In the third story of this podcast, we narrate the story of how Goddess Parvati taught an important lesson to Bal Ganesh.
One day, while playing, Little Ganesh ended up hurting two animals. Goddess Parvati saw the whole thing and decided to teach him an important lesson. The next day, Ganesh caught a little cat and played around while ignoring the fact that his tricks were hurting the little animal. When Ganesh returned back home, he saw Goddess Parvati was hurt, and then she told him it was Ganesh who had hurt her. Then Ganesh realized that life in all living beings is a representation of Goddess Parvati and he need to treat everyone, including animals, with extreme care. Then Ganesh brought the cat to his home and cared for it till the cat had recovered completely.

In the second story of this podcast, we narrate the story of how Ganesh got the elephant face.
The day after Lord Ganesh's birth, Goddess Parvati decided to take a rest and asked Ganesh to guard the palace. When Lord Shiva tried to enter, he was stopped by Ganesh. What followed was a big fight involving all the gods and goddesses, till at last Lord Shiva himself stepped forward to fight and severed Ganesh's head. When Goddess Parvati challenged his bravery for fighting with a child, Lord Shiva realized his mistake and asked for a new head to be brought. His devotees brought the head of an elephant which was then put on Ganesh to bring him back to life.
