Eventually, they landed more projects from universities, corporates and government agencies. Today, 7C Lingo has over 300 clients with services in close to 270 languages.

The latest episode of Small Business Heroes, a CustomersSpeak series, features an interview with Elzie Flenard: Mayor at The Podcast Town. Elzie left his 9-to-5 job to pursue his passion in entrepreneurship. To learn more about running a business, he started with interviewing every entrepreneur in his vicinity. In conducting a lot of interviews, Elzie got the idea of starting his own podcast project where he regularly invites entrepreneurs to share their story. The Podcast Town, today, also helps businesses setup their own podcast programs with and provides helpful resources they might need.

Troy began his career by managing church activities and then moved on to gain real estate expertise by building a house himself for his family. However, over the last four years, Troy has dedicated his time to learning to code, especially Deluge. He now works as a CRM administrator and works hard to customize Zoho CRM and set up a smooth sales and customer relationship process at his company.

Pamela Crenshaw's entrepreneurial journey has helped her understand the challenges of starting a business and setting up various business processes efficiently. She noticed her friends having a difficult time with their new ventures, which inspired her to start 'Simplify Bizness', a virtual assistance business that offers a virtual team to remotely take care of business processes such as marketing, book-keeping, and recruitment.
