I was born at an early age a long time ago and at this juncture I am proximal to geriatric care so I am older than dust. I am however still having fun. The majority of my colleagues seems to have put their trust in our Courtâs ability to prevent Presidents from becoming Kings through case-by-case application of the indeterminate standards of their new Presidential accountability paradigm. If this unprecedented prosecution is to proceed, it must be conducted by someone duly authorized to do so by the American people. A private citizen cannot criminally prosecute anyone, let alone a former President. -
