Throughout the episode, I provide examples of visionaries who embody these steps, highlighting their journeys and the importance of perseverance amidst doubts and uncertainties. I invite you to explore your own vision and see how you can apply the Vision Framework in developing your vision.

Here are 21 lessons that I have learnt along the way:
1) Time: Only do, what only you can do. Delegate the rest.
2) Delegation: When delegating focus on the desired output, not the input.
3) Health: Remove alcohol from your diet. It can drastically improve your life.
4) Money: If you want to make money, collaborate with people that focus on making money.
5) Love: When in doubt, ask yourself the question: what would love do in this situation?
6) Growth: Dedicate 1/3 of your time to personal growth, 1/3 to your contribution to society and 1/3 to family, friends and freedom.
7) Consciousness: Experiment with things like breathwork, meditation, psychedelics, tantra and vipassana. You will find out why ;-)
8) People: Accept meetings from strangers. Assume that they come to you for a reason.
9) Serendipity: Don't always focus on Return on Investment. A random thing can lead to another thing later.
10) Employees: Let them pick their own job titles. They will appreciate it.
11) Customers: Aim for a 9/10 customer satisfaction and they will refer you to their friends.
12) Investors: Send them frequent updates. It builds trust.
13) Media: Invite journalists for lunch. They are humans too.
14) Assistant: Hire an assistant. So you can focus on your zone of genius.
15) Accountant: Hire an accountant. Pay your taxes on time. Solid finances is a hygiene factor.
16) Networking: Attend epic events (e.g. Burning Man, Envision Festival). Business opportunities come when you have fun.
17) Social: Share your stories and experiences on social media. People enjoy following people, not brands.
18) Mentors: Great mentors and coaches are crucial. Oprah Winfrey has four of them. Me too.
19) Risks: Often things are less risky than people want you to believe so.
20) Heart: Follow your heart. Life is too short to not do it.
21) Recipes: Create your own recipes for life. Take other people's advice with a pinch of salt ;-)

About:
Steven is a full-time breathwork teacher and facilitator with a diverse background in psychology, the start-up and tech worlds, and personal development. Steven approaches life as one grand experiment as the main breathwork facilitator at our Vision Retreats in Portugal.
His mission is to guide individuals in questioning their reality and reconnecting with their "Simple-Self,". Steven emphasizes the importance of getting closer to what's real, embracing the present moment with "safety" as the guiding principle.
In Steven's transformative work, the breath takes center stage. He views our breath as a direct link to what is alive within us, whether it's joy, stress, or fear. The breath becomes an unfiltered expression of our inner state.
Most recently, Steven has just filmed his new Breathlife video course live from Costa Rica, summarising his learnings over the last couple of years. It dives deep into topics such as the nervous system, your window of tolerance, the mechanics of breathing, the importance of balancing oxygen levels and carbon dioxide, and includes numerous breathing exercises.
