Imagination will often carry us to worlds that never were. But without it we go nowhere.” Those words spoken by Carl Sagan ring true in the work Emma Barnett is doing with the youth of today through her outreach work with VSSEC. Emma shares her journey into scientific outreach with the youth of today and discusses where the children of tomorrow are heading with the teachings of today. Join us as we discuss Space Education, The Final Frontier.

Good day, This is a prerecorded podcast made for your ears which for unknown reasons of the highest importance has been created by Spaghettification during an interview with Dr. Alice Gorman. Now that satellites cover space beyond earth it can be told to you. In 2022 the first discussions with Dr. Alice Gorman took place and much information was discovered. It was buried within the mind of the good doctor. A mind filled with very interesting pieces of knowledge aimed at how we as earthlings deal with space junk. Its origin and purpose are not a total mystery but what to do with it is.

Professor Fred Watson takes us on a voyage of discover through his world of astronomy showing us that it is infinitely stranger than anything which the mind of man could invent. For we would not dare to conceive the things which are really mere commonplaces of existence. Just imagine we could fly out of that window into space with Fred, hover over this great universe, and and peep into the unique things which are going on, the strange coincidences, the plannings, the cross-purposes, the wonderful chains of events, working through the universe. Well, imagine no more and let Pr. Fred Watson take you on that voyage.

Episode 6 of Season 1 sees us join Jack Line, a Research Associate at the Curtin Institute of Radio Astronomy in Western Australia to discuss the things that make radio astronomers go GaGa. Jack is part of a research group trying to detect the presence of the very first stars early in the life of the Universe. His main gig these days is trying to simulate what a telescope called the Murchison Widefield Array (MWA) sees, and comparing it to real data, to help astronomers understand what they are seeing. Join us as we have our finest hour and go Radio Gaga with Jack Line.
