This week, Jill G answers a listener's question on why we always feel we need to get a certain number of likes on our posts. There are 4 main components that have to do with why we feel an impulse to check on how our posts are doing after we posted a pic or video to our socials and why we can about how well they do. What we really need to care about, though, is letting go of that impulse and that "subtle addiction" to getting traction on our page.
