Most people don't realise that they have a LOT more energy, motivation and power than they think they have.
We all have a (often dormant) power within us that, when tapped into, can give us all the energy we need to consistently go after our goals, and in a way that's enjoyable and minimises the chances of burnout.
So if you want to learn how to tap into this latent power, then strap in, grab a cuppa and let's dig into it in this episode.

The relationships we forge play a major part in our overall levels of happiness and success.
And – unfortunately – there is sometimes a darker side to relationships that we need to watch out for.
Some people have less than scrupulous intentions and may be using tactics to manipulate or even con you.
So in order to protect yourself against this, it's important that you know how to spot these tactics.
And in this episode that's what we'll be doing! We'll be taking a look at 4 Tactics that manipulative people use to take advantage of you. These are also lesser known tactics and sometimes quite difficult to spot so by learning what they are, you can become more sensitive to them and avoid being manipulated and taken advantage of.

We all have moments where we get knocked off balance.
It doesn't matter how emotionally or spiritually evolved you are, it's going to happen – and, for some, it'll happen quite regularly.
The most important thing, though, is how we respond to these moments.
As Vince Lombardi once said, "it's not whether you get knocked down, it's whether you get back up..."
In the emotionally triggering world that we live in, we need to have a range of strategies for dealing with unpleasant experiencing and for processing & regulating the unpleasant emotions that often come with these experiences. And one great way to do this is using the S.T.O.P technique from mindfulness.
So in this episode, we'll be breaking down the technique and also looking at how to make it even more powerful by sprinkling in some NLP (Neuro-Linguistic Programming).
