In this Episode Scott welcomes the lovely Amely Joly to the podcast. Amely, currently living in Toulouse, France, is currently a womens pro roundnet player in Europe and also one of four board members on the European Roundnet Association.
Her impact on the sport and in-particularly her commitment and work ethic to her role on the board of EURA is nothing short of inspiring which is one of the many reasons why Scott wanted to bring her on the podcast to discuss where her motivation comes from to growing the sport on a voluntary basis and also for the listeners to gain more of an insight into what goes on off the court and behind the scenes at the European Roundnet Association.
While this episode discusses the details behind the scenes at EURA, it parallels incredibly well to other organisations, clubs, NGB and even boards at the IRF which also are doing these things behind closed doors and are the building blocks for the sports growth and development.

All eyes are on Europe this weekend! The European Roundnet Association (EURA) alongside Padova Roundnet host one of the biggest events of the year in the ETS Championships!
On Saturday we will see over 130 teams in action, including the closed divisions of open pro and the womens pro division! Sunday will host 'mini Worlds' where 15 nations will go head to head in a squad competition for the first time since Worlds 2022!
