In this episode we talk to Emma, Mum of an almost 3 year old little girl.
Emma is struggling with night time wakes, night time screaming and struggling to settle her daughter back to sleep. Emma said that the night wakes were unsustainable, especially as she worked full time and she desperately needed help.
We received an amazing email from Emma just a week later:
"Morning, so we jumped straight on trying out no dairy and with a supplement. Seen amazing results. Also tried lots of the mouth games , lots of clicking her tongue which she thinks is hilarious. We are going to keep up with the no dairy as best we can without being strict when we are eating out or she's with the childminder but I can honestly say I feel like a new woman after just these 5 days!! We have slept with her each night in her room so that could also be a big reason, but even before when we did occasionally she would still wake screaming ect so again big improvements. We are on holiday now 5 days so will share a bed but when we get home I'm going to test sleeping in my own bed and see how it goes. I cant thank you enough, it was so so helpful and also reinforced my own thoughts about there is likely something slightly underlying. Sleep deprivation can really play tricks on you and make you doubt yourself!!"

This weeks episode is a live consultation that we hadn’t had contact with before! Michaela is a Mum to Harry, a 17 month old and we conducted the podcast recording as if it were a consultation so you can see our thought process and what history we would need.
Harry has a history of a tongue tie, and has woken hourly since birth. We ask Michaela what she is struggling with, why it may be happening and what she can do to improve it.
If any of this rings true to you then you can find the oral play guide we talk about here:
