  • Mentoring is a powerful tool that fosters personal and professional growth. Mentors provide valuable insights, share their expertise, and offer advice based on their own experiences. They serve as role models, offering encouragement and motivation along the way. Mentoring relationships also create a safe space for mentees to ask questions, seek guidance, and receive constructive feedback. This process not only helps mentees develop new skills and knowledge but also boosts their confidence and self-esteem.

Marcella, Parva and Amanda will explain, from their experiences as The Breakers, how the program's mentoring process works, and more, how it helped them think in different ways and open themselves up to new opportunities.

And more, they share with you all about their companies and how they are developing the projects from the aspirations that come from a very deep and strong place in their personalities.

Most of all, the "Story of My Life" workshops offer a space to connect to oneself and other team members by having plenty of time to write and reflect on one's and others' actual stories, to be authentic and to grow. Most of the story themes presented during the workshops are related to Diversity and Inclusion to spread awareness and help create spaces that value and integrate variety.

  • Being an entrepreneur can be challenging, but for women it is even harder. Getting funded, juggling being a parent and having a business and the still ever present Gender gap means that women need to work twice as hard to grow their business. The best way to support each other as female entrepreneurs is to grow a community, encourage one another and collaborate whenever possible.

This podcast is the result of a project called The Break, a programme with the goal to reshape entrepreneurship in the European Union.

We wanted to take the opportunity to share with you stories of a few of the participants of this movement. From female entrepreneurs for female entrepreneurs so that is where the idea for this podcast came from.

The episodes are set up as a conversation between different “Breakers” of the October/November 2022 cohorts. In each episode the participants share their experiences on the program, talk about their projects and always end up explaining how this experience changed their lives and projects/businesses.

For now we share with you this preview. We hope you will enjoy it.! First episode will be launched on March 14 2023
