Hi peeps :) this week's episode is about finding strength (or better yet, power) in being vulnerable, open and "soft" in our life. I share a bit about my own struggle to open myself & let my walls down in my friendships, why we struggle with this in the first place, a new perspective on what it means to be vulnerable and how to safely open yourself up to this new way of being.

WoOoOo! After 8 months, I am BACK. So many exciting things have been happening this year, I've been a very busy gal and knew that I needed to take a step back from recording but am so excited to announce that The Conscious Buzz Podcast is back. I figured one of the best topics to get back in the swing of things with was SELF-LOVE. Because everyone, and I mean everyone, could do with more of this in their life.
In today's episode: I clarify what self-love is NOT, offer some insight into a cycle that a lot of us get stuck in, give you the ~formula~ for self-love and share how you can drop into a more self-loving state in the moment.
If you have questions about Awareness Accelerator (8 week anxiety program) or are interested in joining - contact me either on Insta (@bailsthelifecoach) or email me [email protected]. We start mid-September!
If you love today's episode, please leave a review, share on your story, tag me and write what your biggest takeaway is!
Love you lots ♥️

Hey guys! Today is a quick solo-cast dedicated to the conversation around creativity & productivity. If you are feeling burnt out, over worked, under a lot of pressure or just generally "in a rut" I think this episode will be really helpful and insightful for you. I speak really openly in this episode about my own journey and what I am currently going through. I believe that one of the best things we can offer each other along this journey is openness, honesty and vulnerability. If everyone is caught up pretending to be okay all the time, we can't help each other out to the fullest possible capacity.

Today, I sat down *virtually* with my girl, Autumn. She's an intuitive astrologer, poet, writer, podcaster, spiritual seeker & cosmic guide. (Yeah I know, she's like kind of super bad ass). We spoke about a lot -- including, but not limited to, alchemizing trauma into your life's work, reincarnation, where we're headed (dimensionally speaking), otherworldly beings, the beauty of pain, psychedelics and the role we have to play moving forward into the 5D.
This episode is all kinds of weird and I am so here for it 👽
Whether you are already deeply invested in astrology or are just dipping your toes in, a natal chart reading with Autumn is the best decision you can make to round out 2020.
You can find all the goodies here: https://www.metamorphosisofautumn.com/
And you can keep up with her through IG: https://www.instagram.com/metaofautumn/
Annnddd she's also got a podcast: The Metamorphosis of Autumn - make sure to check it out!
As usual, you can find me on instagram @baileyabenton and at www.baileybenton.com!
If this episode resonated with your Soul, I'd appreciate it if you'd share it on your IG story and tag Autumn and me ♥️

hiiiiiya humans :) it's me, bailey. today's episode is in response to a beautiful prompt i received on the gram which was "talk about love and see what spills out". so here we are. honestly, i can't remember exactly what i said -- sometimes i low-key black out while i'm recording, and then when i'm listening back i am *usually* pleasantly surprised by what i said.
one thing i know for SURE that i said is: God is my Love and Love is my God.
these are words straight from the depths of my soul to yours & the compass by which i *try* to direct my life.
i love you, as you are, in this moment 💕
if you love the episode, please give it a rating & screenshot and share it with your peeps on instagram (tag me: @baileyabenton)
if you have any questions, comments or concerns...i'd love to chat :)

Heyoooo! It's been a minute, but The Conscious Buzz is back, baybayyyy. On today's episode, I sat down with my friend Kerryn Sawyer, a Plant Based Nutrition Health Coach based out of Melbourne, Australia to talk all things plant based protein, abundant consumption, fiber and long-term health. If you're curious about the plant-based lifestyle, this episode is for you! Kerryn is a plant-based nutrition advocate & a super knowledgeable source.
When it comes to eating, my personal philosophy is that every one is built differently & has unique needs. While I personally thrive on a primarily plant based diet, I recognize that some people do really well eating significant amounts of animal protein. Do what FEELS good and allows you to live your best dang life, ok? With that being said, if you are consuming lots of animal protein, I encourage you to become mindful of where your meat is coming from...how are the animals treated? Where do they live? What are they fed? Animals are living beings just like we are and they deserve respect, humanity and care.
As often as you can, support local farms and places where you know FOR SURE the animals are treated with love and respect. Good for the body & the soul 💕

Hello beautiful humans! Today I am introducing two topics to you: Competitive Complaining and Collaborative Celebration. While it's easy to apply these to the types of conversations we have, I present them to you more as frameworks that which we live our lives in accordance with. I encourage you to approach this episode with an open mind and a readiness to examine your behavior and self-audit.
I identify the characterizations and behaviors of each one as well as the underlying NEEDS behind each path of existence. Human needs are Universal. At the end of the day each one of us desires similar things, we just have different ways of satisfying them. Some methods are more productive (and collaborative) while others are more destructive (and competitive).
I loved recording this episode so I hope you enjoy it as much as I do!!

Morning routines, we want them...we start them...but then one day they're gone. In today's episode I go DEEP into what the reasoning behind that is. I'll give you a sneak peak...the mindset that prevents you from establishing and sustaining a morning routine is the SAME ONE that gets in the way of you establishing and maintaining a work out routine. Today, we deconstruct morning routines and how they are so much more than cute insta content. I breakdown what exactly is stopping you from maintaining one, how to start one and stick to, the benefits of it, and what my morning routine looks like and the big ways it has affected my life.

Okay you guys, this is an episode I am so excited to be releasing into the world. It took me a hot second to compile--just because I wanted to do my very darn tootin best to make sure I was providing you with value and tangible guidance. In this episode, I talk all about my decision to take a gap year, what I learned during that time, my ultimate decision to not go to college, and offer guidance for those of you that are feeling a little confused about your next step. THIS EPISODE IS FOR YOU IF: you are nearing the end of high school and you are feeling confused/hesitant/curious, you are in college and you're feeling overwhelmed and confused about what you want to do with your life, you've graduated college and you're unsure about your next step....or if you're just plain ole confused about your life or feeling stressed about not quite knowing what your next step is. Grab your listening ears, and settle in! This one is gonna be a goodie 🥰
As usual, if you love this episode...screenshot and share with your friend, leave a review, and never hesitate to message me on Insta (@_haybails) with any questions that you may have about what I talked about here today.

What's up my lil cuties? It's been a minute since I have sat down to record. I took a break from instagram which trickled out into me taking a little break from basically everything. It was much needed, my challenge now is to do things in a way that doesn't require me to need a break from them. I talk a bit about my decision to do so in today's episode, along with a deep dive into wrongness and why we should be EXCITED when we are wrong, the death trap that is attachment, and everything in between. If you listen and love, please leave a review--it's helpful to me and it also gives the podcast a broader platform and helps it to reach more ears.

This episode's guest, Samantha Blank, is one of the kindest and most loving people I have ever had the pleasure of knowing. She is a transformational coach committed to helping women reconnect with their body, own their truth, and live intuitively. Also...her voice is literally so soothing (her meditations are the best). Our world views, passions, and interest align so beautifully. I loved this conversation and everything that we spoke on and cannot wait to have her back on the pod ♥︎

Ooooh you guys! I know I say that I'm excited about every episode (because, well, I am) but this one I am REALLY excited about. This concept of nutrition vs nourishment opens up so many avenues for conversation and really invites you to think critically about how you're viewing your health, your relationship to food, and your relationship with yourself. As someone who has battled with and overcome and eating disorder, this concept allowed me a lot of clarity and freedom around what it looks like for someone with my background to reinvent their relationship with food and exercise. I talk about guilt, becoming an expert, how to fundamentally optimize your FULL BODY health, and overcome your battle with food.

Have I mentioned that my whole family has been low-key ready for a global disaster since the end of last year? We have my mum to thank for that. Tiril is the most spiritually in tune person I know...constantly in communication with the Divine and always ready to offer up the messages she receives from the other side as guidance for us to heed. Oooooh boy! I am so excited about this episode. Mum is by far the most insightful and wisest person I have ever had the pleasure of knowing. In this faaantastic episode, we dive into the spiritual significance of the current world situation, what astrology is saying about it, where the chakras come in, and the vital importance of staying grounded (and how to do that) throughout this experience.
