Justin 'Mad Dog' Morris from Mind Matters Athlete Coaching
In our innaugural episode we talk to Justin Morris from Mind Matters Athlete Coaching.
Justin raced the first edition of the Cardigan and has seen moved to the USA where he has partaken in many massive gravel events, many of which just don't stack up in comparisson to the Cardigan.
Justin is a former professional bike racer, he was part of the first type 1 diabetic team to race in the UCI circuit, has degrees in psychology and education, is an accredited AusCycling coach, member of the MARATHON MTB team and has podiumed at the Crocodile Trophey, Mongolia Bike Challange, and The Pioneer NZ to name a few.
Justin has morphed his experience off and on the bike in Mind Matters Athlete Coaching, a coaching serive to nourish the body and mind.
