  • When you dream bigger, like a huge financial goal, a life of freedom, or just being the best version of yourself, you also check within yourself how you get there, right? How do you go from where you are now to standing at the Enagic convention, surrounded by proof that it's all possible?

The road to that convention, to that kind of success, isn't all about grand gestures that you never start. It's built brick by brick, by proving to yourself every single day that you can do what you say you'll do. It's celebrating small wins in your personal development, where something incredible happens in the future.

In this episode, Balazs W Kardos returns to GPM Live to prepare his community for the upcoming Enagic convention in June. He also shares updates about his daily life, including raising two young kids and moving to a new home. Despite these changes, his business continues to run smoothly with the support of his team.

Balazs knows from experience that the convention comes with positioning himself to make quick, impactful decisions, years of taking action, putting his and his family's health and lifestyle first, and building a team that thrives and shows up. That discipline, that power of choice, flowed into every other area of his life and proved that he could choose what was best and stick to it.

The goal is to become your best self, filled with the energy and clarity needed to pursue your dreams. Balazs emphasizes the importance of consistency, even in tough times. Be the person you need to become, learn from those who represent that, and let their successes inspire you.

"What is so incredibly powerful about convention is that the chances are someone who will be going has had it harder than you, has been through more than you, has had more adversity, more setbacks, more heartbreak, more betrayal, more things that are just unimaginable to a lot of us what that would be like, and they're at convention and they're fucking winning." - Balazs W Kardos

  • Think about your money right now. Whatever you make, it probably feels normal, like clockwork. But did you know that to make more, so much that it feels just as it is, you need an identity shift to transform that part of you?

You don't have to fake it, but you let go of the old ways of thinking and acting that keep you stuck.

When you learn new things, apply them, and recognize what works, you revive that passion you once had when you got started. That spark that lets you teach others, celebrate their successes more, and achieve even bigger goals.

In another episode of Diamond Life Mentor Uncut, Balazs W Kardos shares a clip from his live coaching call in 2021 with lessons that stay relevant about recreating oneself to achieve your goals.

Balazs wants you to start by letting go of the employee mindset, the small business owner mentality, whatever your past life was, to make room for who you need to become. Because if who you are and what you're putting out there don't match, you can't promote abundance while living in scarcity. You can't attract high-level clients with a low-level mindset.

Ultimately, transformation takes time. It comes with consistent effort and showing up day after day. And when you get your inner self right, your outer world – your business, your income, your freedom – will follow. That's how millionaires are born.

"Ask yourself, who do I need to become that is different from who I am that gets that result effortlessly, where $100,000 a month isn't this big stretch, it's not this big dream, it's just normal." - Balazs W Kardos

Catch this episode to discover a paradigm shift to audit yourself, identify who you need to become, and start making that change for that future millionaire self to happen.

  • Running a high-ticket business while expecting a child isn't easy because it demands a lot of time and energy, and there's always pressure to provide.

If you're stressed and disconnected from them, it negatively impacts your business and personal life. So, give yourself a breather to start focusing on what truly matters.

Balazs took a step back to balance his personal and business life when he started hiring a business coach, and has taken inventory of his tasks. That’s where he shifted gears and wanted to apply it to his community. He introduced the Diamond Life Blueprint Program to simplify the systems and reach goals in Enagic through mentorship, training, delegation of tasks, doing less, and being able to evaluate priorities to achieve their goals.

As Balazs takes calls to determine if they fit the program, you'll realize that designing a life and business that truly serves you is possible, and allows you to finally embrace the freedom lifestyle you deserve.

“Instead of being focused on making money as the only benefit of the program, what I've done is through simplicity and optimization. How to do less, get more bang for your buck, get more ROI, and feel better in all these different areas of your life." - Balazs W Kardos

  • These days, people's attention spans are short. They prefer to watch quick videos rather than long ones from someone they don't know well. That is why short videos work - they respect your time and engage your emotions from the start.

But "short" doesn't always mean "best." The video has to be long enough to explain what you need to know and make you want the product. Otherwise, you'll click away.

Put yourself in your audience's shoes when they watch your sales video. What do you expect to see? Naturally, you want something concise and straightforward that communicates the content. Once you connect with the message and know what to expect, you will engage more and convert as soon as possible.

In another Diamond Life Mentor Uncut episode, Balazs W Kardos answers questions from one of the Accelerator members about focusing on emotions to convert the audience. One way to do that is to trim 40-minute video sales letter scripts to 10 minutes to grab them by the gut, not the brain, and talk to their frustrations.

Balazs does not want you to sugarcoat it. Speak to their hidden hopes. Show them what is truly at stake if they do nothing. You need to be the one who wakes them up to that harsh truth. The best-case scenario is when they listen and act. What could their life look like? Real freedom? Real happiness? Real results? Then, hit them with the flip side and the brutal reality of staying exactly where they are.

Your main goal right now is to get them emotionally invested. Once you connect with their hearts, their minds will follow. That is when conversion happens. They stop being leads and start becoming your people.

"Do what's hard now, the rest of your life will be easy. Do what's easy now, the rest of your life will be hard. That's quite literally the truth." - Balazs W Kardos

Catch this episode to learn the simple steps to create content that taps into your leads' emotions and turns them into loyal customers.

  • In network marketing, you build a business from a network of like-minded people. Notice the name "network" in it. So, you are not going to reach the top ranks working alone. The very structure of this industry emphasizes that your success intertwines with the growth and achievements of your team.

Now, as you lead a team, one of the challenges is seeing different levels of performance that may pull you up or down because of the various ways they work best. While you cannot make everyone do the same, you can have them work together brilliantly. It starts with showing them how you do it consistently - sharing your WHY in your content and reminding them of the reasons they're here to transform lives. That's how you show them you're on the same page.

In another Diamond Life Mentor Uncut episode, Balazs W Kardos answers questions about leadership and setting team expectations. Balazs wants you to pay attention to your members and create content that matters to them. Who brings the fire? Who's relaxed and reliable? Who has a knack for details? If someone's coming at you with enthusiasm and big ideas, meet them there. And if someone's steadier and quieter, respect that pace. Setting an example and matching energy means you build a connection with your team, and recognize them as you give roles according to their strengths.

How do you know if this is working? Balazs recommends using Key Performance Indicators. You'll see outreach success through connections made, organizers by project completion rates, and creative leads by the number of content ideas generated. When the team understands their roles and how they contribute to the overall goals, their energy becomes focused and purposeful.

"If you give 100%, I match it with 100%. You give 0%, I give you 0%. But when it comes to specifics, you need KPIs, key performance indicators. You need actual things that would qualify someone to earn that respect and time from you." - Balazs W Kardos

Listen to this episode to effectively lead a strong team, manage collective energy, and utilize KPIs to achieve your goals as a community in network marketing.

Key Diamond Nuggets In This Episode:

  • Many young people today are entrepreneurial and demonstrate grit and passion to create something of their own. However, investing in their business ideas often feels impossible due to the need for family approval.

So, if your target market is the younger audience, you'll need a different approach and strategy to encourage them and their family to trust you and your business offer.

In another episode of Diamond Life Mentor Uncut, Balazs W Kardos answers questions on qualifying and converting leads, especially the younger generation, in a clip with his Accelerator members. First, he wants you to become the go-to source for loan information. Ask the bank everything about the loan requirements for young people's startups.

Most importantly, Balazs encourages involving their parents. Help them build a strong case. "Tell them, 'I'm serious about this business. To show you, I'll give you half of every sale I make until the loan gets paid." That shows their commitment.

In your ads, you hit their mindset head-on. They understand saving for small things. So, you can say, "Stop saving just to spend. Save to invest in your dream life." Show them the bigger picture.

Next, assess their financial status. Don't hesitate to ask questions like, "Do you currently have a job?" or "Have you ever taken out a loan for something important?" This information will help you understand their situation better and allow you to address their concerns through your content.

Lastly, show facts that this happens in reality. Share stories of young people who changed their thinking about money and work. That is when they'll know you're offering clear, actionable steps to help them overcome their financial problems and reach their dreams.

"They had certain beliefs and certain perceptions around money, job, career, degree, and all the things that you know are pretty standard, so shift their point of view with testimonials to leverage in your ads and your content." - Balazs W Kardos

Listen to this episode to empower young entrepreneurs with practical steps to secure funding and launch their businesses by asking the right questions, creating targeted ads, shifting their mindsets, and converting them like a pro.

Key Diamond Nuggets In This Episode:

How can you qualify younger audiences when investing in business opportunities? How can you position yourself as an expert to the younger demographics? How can you create and target ads for the younger market toward making money? How can you leverage personal stories and testimonials in your content? What can you teach the younger generation about solving financial problems?

  • Attracting attention to what you offer is a first step, but it doesn't guarantee that leads will make a purchase. Occasionally, people may show interest without buying anything. What's worse is relying on another person's presentation without understanding how it resonates with them.

So, what should you do? Take the format, the template, and the slides. Memorize them. Create your presentation in your style and record the web class, even if it's your first time or if you are unsure it will work. But don't just launch it and hope for the best. You need to test it strategically.

Use software that shows you where people stop watching your video. If most viewers drop off after six minutes, watch that part of your web class. What are you saying? Is it boring? Is it confusing? Make it better. Test it again. See where they drop off next. Repeat this process – five, maybe even ten times. It might feel tedious, but this is how you refine your message and connect.

In another episode of Diamond Life Mentor Uncut, Balazs W Kardos shares a clip from his Accelerator call about breaking through the lead generation plateau by conducting web classes, pre-qualifying leads, and tracking results.

Balazs emphasizes not to overthink and aim for perfection. Even if just one of those forty daily leads fills out your application after watching your web class, that's thirty high-quality applications a month. And if you close just ten percent of those, that's three or four direct sales. That's the breakthrough you've been waiting for.

"If you can somehow get feedback from people, incentivize people to tell you why it's not for them, and give you a little bit more detail, then all of that feedback you can work into your next version of your web class feedback is gold." - Balazs W Kardos

Do not miss this episode to connect with your audience and turn those leads into sales by using a template, sharing your story, and getting feedback as you launch your web class.

Key Diamond Nuggets In This Episode:

Why should you start recording your web class to give value to your leads? How can you implement an application process to prequalify leads? What metrics should you track to measure the success of the web class? Why should you get feedback at the end of each presentation? How can you ensure that web classes meet your target audience's needs?

  • Having a regular job while starting a business can be beneficial. Although it may feel like you're juggling two different paths, having a steady income during your business launch is valuable.

Since you may not make sales immediately, maintaining a job enables you to cover your bills and buy essential items while you focus on generating leads and growing your business.

Second, you learn a lot of things at a job. You engage with people, manage projects, or handle money. These skills are super relevant in a high-ticket network marketing business.

But, it only serves as a bridge towards a bigger goal. Soon, you'll have to leave the rat race, but before you do that, have a clear plan for how long you should work double to create a buffer to invest more and go full-time business owner/CEO.

In another Diamond Life Mentor Uncut episode, Balazs W Kardos answers lead generation and entrepreneurial mindset shift questions with Accelerator members. He advises that the first step in qualifying leads is fixing your sales funnel and revamping your application process.

"Are you ready to invest $5,000 to $10,000?" Yes or no. "Which best describes you? Financially ready? Finding financing? Not ready?" If they pick "not ready," Balazs wants you to disqualify them to save time and frustration.

Next, because you're not ready to quit your job yet, Balazs encourages you to shift your mindset and continue creating content that shows your wins and struggles. Do not be afraid to show people where you are and what you want your future to look like. Your honesty is priceless. You don't have to pretend you're making millions. There is no need to fake success. Just be transparent and show your leads the plan.

These next two to three years? They're your golden opportunity. You're relatable. You're real. And that's when more people will want to partner with you as the CEO of your lifestyle business.

"It doesn't matter how much time you're putting in. What matters is how you're showing up with your identity, and you are using your job to invest into your future, into your business, where you're going next." - Balazs W Kardos

Catch this episode to use your job to your advantage, shift your mindset to see the opportunities for skill development, networking, and strategic planning, and become a full-time CEO living your dream lifestyle.

  • You're good at making friends. You get along with everyone, including your prospects. They even looked you up and wanted to connect with you to see if you can solve their problems and help them reach their goals.

But your sales calls turn into endless Q&A sessions. They ask, and you answer. That's not sales—that's customer service. So, you need to change your approach.

In this Diamond Life Mentor Uncut episode, Balazs W Kardos answers one of the questions about friendly sales calls and sealing the deal after you tell prospects the truth. Balazs says, "Authority is the opposite of the friend zone."

Balazs suggests that instead of answering every question, be provocative. You need to keep the tone you started in your ads. Are they trying to interrupt with questions? Acknowledge them, but take back control. "That's a great question. People ask that all the time. But before I explain, let me ask you this..."

Then, show them the best and worst-case scenarios when they do or do not take action. Make them face their current reality and the possibility of staying stuck.

"So you let them dream and then bring them back to reality. What happens if you don't do this right? All of a sudden, it gets deep, dark, like shit is real. Now let's talk about that too because, at the end of this call, you'll have one or two choices." - Balazs W Kardos

Do not miss this episode to master the art of sales talk strategies by handling objections using the "best case/worst case" scenario and sealing deals with authority and confidence.

  • Most people get stuck making decisions, especially in "money" matters. They have plans that suck, but they don't know it. They're like newbies in a challenge, clueless.

So, as a business owner trained in sales and network marketing, you play a crucial role. You should guide the conversation to help customers transform their lives despite rejection and excuses.

In this Diamond Life Mentor Uncut episode, Balazs W Kardos answers questions about procrastination and handling objections. He states that you do not close the sale when you keep waiting and hesitating. As a result, you give up and do nothing, leading to procrastination.

But take action, and you have a full chance to change the situation. One of the strategies is leading the conversation (like a ninja) by telling the truth and giving them two options. "Do you allow me to tell you what you need to hear?" That's how you start. You get their buy-in. They might get mad, but they know it's true.

Balazs does not want you to argue with them or add pressure. Again, set two options: "Would you rather deal with X problem now or Y problem later?" "Would you rather save time by doing this or lose time by doing that?" You handle them smoothly, and they will choose their lives because they are aware and in control.

Once you do that, track your performance in each sales process and evaluate how to improve further.

"We're like the ninjas who train every day, and they're like the civilians who don't even know what a ninja is, right? We cannot expect them to lead us in the conversation because they don't have the training. So we lead them and make it easy." - Balazs W Kardos

Catch this episode to learn how to stop losing sales by giving people clear choices, how to handle their "what ifs," and how to build confidence in leading the conversation.

  • Did you know that settling for less is a product of limiting beliefs? You tell yourself, "I can't," "It's too hard," "I'm not good enough." Those thoughts are lies (because you can do it!), so believing your pessimistic subconscious mind won't get you closer to your goals.

Instead, reverse engineer it and realize if having enough is all you ever dreamed of. Every day, people are winning. They're quitting their jobs, hitting their goals, living their dreams. They're not special. They're just people who decided to stop settling; that's proof you can do it, too.

In this episode, Balazs W Kardos participates as one of the guest speakers in Momentum Mastermind 2025, where he shares his 12-year journey in creating a legacy with Enagic. As he projects his billion-dollar sales in May this year, he shares tips and answers questions about time, accountability, team management, consistency, and technology to make it possible like he did.

Balazs shows how to set goals that excite them, leverage the power of the community, and use AI to automate processes and focus on sales strategies, health, and personal growth because those are the foundations of a fulfilling life.

"Once we get ourselves dialed in and locked in on our dreams, they become this relentless desire, and this is your why, whatever that looks like for you, no matter what, you will make it happen." - Balazs W Kardos

  • Do you know what makes the economy grow? It is when money or currency circulates because people spend it. That is also why saving money alone does not make you succeed further.

If you save every penny but never really enjoy it, thinking, "One day, I'll live fully," you will end up with money but no real memories when the time comes. Is that what you want?

Money should help sustain your necessities AND give you a good life. So, start using your money to do things you love. Travel, have adventures, and spend time with people you care about. Do things that make you happy.

In this episode, Balazs W Kardos defines the real price of success by explaining the values of life and how to utilize them for overall well-being. He wants you to evaluate what's important to you and what makes your life valuable.

The truth is not everything is about money. It's about different things:

How you feel inside: Are you happy? Are you growing as a person?Things you can touch: Your house, car, savings.Things you can't touch: Your skills, knowledge, friendships.Your feelings: Joy, love, connection.Your time: Life is short; use it wisely. How you help others: Your impact on your community. What you leave behind: Your legacy.

Balazs wants you to teach children as early as possible about leaving the rat race and choosing quality over quantity when investing time, money, and energy in yourself and your loved ones.

"Just imagine the possibilities happening if you understand the value of the choices and decisions that you make in your life every single day, from what you spend your energy on to what you watch to what you listen to, what you read, to who you listen to, who you stop listening to, where you spend your money, your time, and start to process things from a completely different framework of your thoughts and your thinking." - Balazs W Kardos

  • Working parents with young children are modern-day superheroes. Between juggling a growing family while pursuing ambitions? That's never easy.

If you're feeling this way, we understand! By the end of the day, you might get exhausted, like you haven't accomplished enough.

But what if you could change that perspective? Instead of focusing on what you didn't achieve, why not appreciate the small wins?

In this Diamond Life Mentor Uncut episode, Balazs W Kardos answers one of the crucial questions of his accelerator members - how to manage time for family and business while keeping both of them thriving. As a dad of a toddler and a newborn, Balazs relates to these situations and shares his strategies that inspired the GPM Method.

He wants you to start with a mindset to give yourself grace whenever you accomplish something big or small. A few hours of deep work, meal prepping, playing with the kids, and self-care are all "wins." They contribute to a sense of accomplishment and well-being that will motivate you to keep going.

Next, consistency is key. Balazs recommends outsourcing tasks that you can no longer handle so you can focus on what you do best. It requires you to prioritize, delegate, and learn to say "no" to things that don't align with your values.

"Don't be super hard on yourself. Things take time, and as long as you're consistently showing up, it will click, and it will happen." - Balazs W Kardos

Tune into this episode to embrace the "win your day" mentality and celebrate wins, prioritize wellness, and remember that consistent effort, over time, will lead to lasting success.

  • There are free content everywhere – articles, videos, and podcasts offering advice on every topic imaginable. But, while free training can be a valuable resource, it lacks the guidance and accountability paid programs provide.

Mentors, for instance, provide different levels of access to your roadmap. As a result, you invest in mentorship because you value their experience, time, and feedback, and they hold you accountable and support you when you face challenges.

Now that a mentor pours their heart and soul into guiding a group of individuals, what happens if many mentees are not taking action? It can hinder their growth while reflecting poorly on the mentor.

In this episode, Balazs W Kardos talks about how you can respect your mentor's time and maximize results by being a responsible, paying member. He also emphasizes the importance of probation periods in mentorship, which help determine if a member aligns with the program and prevent wasting valuable time.

Balazs tells members to commit to consistent learning, showing up on training calls, reaching targets, and setting an example in the community.

If you are not willing to commit to continuous learning and improvement, you are limiting your potential and not honoring the investment made in your mentorship.

"The way that you can provide value to a mentor, so the relationship feels equal, is by doing things that the mentor teaches you, getting a result, and then sending them a thank you message giving them credit." - Balazs W Kardos

Tune into this episode to learn why investing in mentorship is crucial to your success and how you can maximize results by respecting boundaries, keeping yourself accountable, and taking action.
