Kerry Slone is many things! She is incredibly smart, articualte, witty, highly capable, beautiful, and she is formidable! Kerry is the founder of We The Female, a training company and incredible support group to empower women to be safer, stronger, and capable of their own self defense. Kerry is a writer, speaker, and trauma informed firearm instructor.
Kerry is also one of those rare people who took her own trauma of domestic abuse and turned it in to the fuel she needed to empower women to understand their own safety and sovereignty.
In this conversation we run the gambit of her views, trauma informed training, and how to impart knowledge, and more so capability to the women she trains. There are so many incredible take aways in this interview and she has helped me be a better coach! And she is truly a distinguished savage!

Dr Dante Bryant is a professor at UNC Charlotte in the School of Social Work and Health and Human Services. He is also a man who thinks on a deeper level on life, it's meaning, and the world around us.
If you have never heard Dante on this show before you are in for an incredible treat and you will find he does NOT fit nicely in to any preconcieved box you have placed him in given his credentials!
Dante is unabashedly himself and his super power is that he can make you think on a much deeper level on your ideals and beliefs. He does not challenge you personally so much as he challenges you be introspective of yourself.

David Hutchinson is a martial artist, coach, and fascinating guy! He has studied Krav Maga, Wing Chun, Muay Thai, Bjj, and other forms of fighting and now focuses on integrating those arts in to self protection that is pressure tested and evidence based.

Chief James Pierson [ret] is the former Chief of Police for Henderson Texas with now 35 years in law enforcement, however retirement is not his srong suit! While he still wears a badge and gun for work as an investigator his passion is coaching and teaching.
While most people simply call him Chief, you can count yourself lucky to call him friend. He is not the one you call when you want someone to simply cosign on your bullshit. He's the one you call when you want honesty and true advice.

Ed Calderon is a fascinating and unique man! He grew up in Tijuana Mexico where he eventually moved in to law enforcement. Later after working various undercover work, he moved in to High Threat Protection for a Governor in Mexico, and later being moved back into an operational role.
After being offered to owe his allegiance to other parties, he left law enforcement and Mexico quickly taking his family and immigrated to the US where he began offering training in the various skillsets and tradecraft he had gleaned in his work. He offers his coursework and has a Patreon where he offers incredible on line content!
Ed also has his own podcast, Manifesto Radio and he has spoken to some to incredible people!
This conversation is unlike any other with Ed that I have heard as I wanted to talk with him more about how he thinks, where that came from, and understand Ed better!
