Are you stuck in your stories? Do you ruminate, overthink and feel anxious?
Well, then buckle yourself in because I'm taking you for a ride around town in this podcast episode!
I'll share the one tool that's helped me rewrite my old stories like nothing else. And the best part is that you can do it right now.
As empaths, and ambitious empaths especially, we can get so frustrated by all of the stories that we know (or don't know) are holding us back. We want to create amazing businesses, parent better, build better relationships and just do all the things our souls want us to do, but there we are, stuck in a narrative written in 1993.
Time to start telling yourself better stories and live a better life. Make that your 2024 resolution, baby!

Are you still wondering who you want to be when you grow up?
Are you someone who has a number of different interests instead of one calling?
Do you sometimes struggle with mental health challenges, zapping you of energy for your interests?
Then this episode is for you.
Hanna-Mari goes solo in this episode to discuss passions, purpose and curiosity from an empath's point of view.
She dives into her own background as a multi-passionate individual and why the old "find your passion" rhetoric is so unhelpful.
She also discusses what to do instead, how to look at your life's purpose in a completely different way and how to ignite your creative energy to boost your mental wellbeing.

In this episode, Hanna-Mari is joined by Jen Quade—an inner-city hospital nurse turned Mayan abdominal massage therapist. Jen expertly blends her knowledge of traditional Western medicine with what she has learned from her deep dive into the rituals and practices of the indigenous people in South America. And of course — she’s an empath.
This is a deeply nourishing conversation that answers a few questions from a more holistic and spiritual aspect:
1. How do we actually tune in to our bodies and ask the right questions?
2. What does grounding down really look like?
3. Why is it that some of us are built more sensitive than others and what do we do about that?
Tune in to hear Jen take us through the answers and give us practical tools to navigate the difficult times in our lives.

In this episode, Hanna-Mari discusses a piece that's always missing when we're talking about calming our anxiety: acceptance. It's so simple, yet in our haste to try a practice, a therapy, a meditation or a yoga exercise, we forget to actually accept our experience in this current moment. However, this acceptance is often all we need for anxiety to subside completely.
Hanna-Mari also discusses how to parent the anxious part in yourself and the scientific explanation on how long emotions actually stay in our body.
This episode should give hope to anyone who's struggling with anxiety, to know that sometimes calm is much more in our reach than we dare to think.
