I discuss how we go beyond surface level in order to leave each individual I work with feeling truly happy, satisfied, and content - as opposed to setting surface level goals and feeling empty at the end of the process. Or worse, going backwards because the work the individual really needed was neglected.
I also talk about how I personally embody the principles of my coaching.
