After some deep soul and spirit searching, Scarlett has come to the decision to relinquish the singular reins of her control of the podcast. Going forward, Chase will be stepping into a new role as host, and Scarlett’s involvement on the show will migrate to a lesser role for now. In wrapping up the end of an era, Scarlett first takes some time to explain the thought process behind her decision.
She starts by reflecting on her ever-evolving journey since the last time she was in the studio recording. To gain some context into the journey that brought Scarlett to her realization, Athena first shares the profile of polarity coach, Zak Roedde, whose ideas she found intriguing and impactful enough in her own life that she had to send them over to Scarlett. Scarlett’s curiosity led her to engage with Roedde’s posts and his provocative opinions. She shares that while she initially felt triggered by Roedde’s polarizing posts, they are what ultimately tipped off her own journey of self-reflection into masculine and feminine energy.
The group discusses the difference between feminine and masculine energies and how many women find themselves trapped in masculine energy and therefore out of touch with their feminine energy and needs. Athena and Scarlett discuss the caveats of how to best approach this view of feminine and masculine energy in a way that doesn’t foster compliance instead of trust. Scarlett shares how the energetic foundation she laid for herself helped her to eventually become receptive to Zak’s ideas.
She then turns the baton to Mr. Vegas to share his side of the experience and how he came to buy into the masculine and feminine ideology himself. Scarlett and Athena discuss their unique experiences learning how to shift from giving to receiving energy. Lolita even muses on how she has changed since being subjected to the group chatter–even though she isn’t sure she's fully on board with all of it just yet. The group recounts handling a recent encounter at a Dave Matthews Band concert and Scarlett unpacks how her struggles to lean into her feminine energy have impacted certain relationships in her life, such as her relationship with her father and with her soon-to-be ex-husband.
Rounding out the episode, Scarlett returns to how her decision to hand off the podcast comes from her wish to work on her feminine receiving energy and how she has used these techniques in handling her initial feelings of conflict with Chase during the process of handing over the reins. Ultimately, the group discusses their own findings and their hopes for what others can learn from examining their own energies as well.

Scarlett has found out about Selene and Joy’s OnlyFans and asks them to share some insights into the world of creating titillating content. The girls dish their expertise on the various ways to make money on OnlyFans and how they get the most bang for their buck on the platform, even without full nudity. The conversation turns to explore the stigmas surrounding OnlyFans and Joy shares her quest for nipple equality, for which the rest of the group whole-handedly approves.
Selene and Joy compare their most watched videos and the types of content their target audiences appreciate the most. This leads to a group discussion about the stress that comes with maintaining quality, targeted content on so many platforms. They chat about moderating comments for inappropriate content and vulgar messages and dig into some of the sex kinks they’ve encountered through the platform as well. Selene recounts a congressman that messaged her with an odd request and the group swaps stories of some generally cringey encounters, from setting off a sister’s dildo in bed to accidental dick pics in the family group chat.
The art of a good dick pic is always a topic rife with opinions, which leads the group to a discussion of their specific preferences for features they find the most sexually attractive. Caramello shares the details of the “okay to look and touch” policy that he shares with his wife and the exploration they mutually enjoy with each other's permission. The conversation shifts to sex clubs, what to expect when attending, and the rules and regulations that entail. Finally, the group laments society’s drably puritanical approach to nudity and advocates for more humor during sex.

In today’s episode, Scarlett gives Ryan the chance to ask a burning question. Naturally, he wants to know what size her tits are. The conversation unfurls from there, as Scarlett and Ryan discuss the challenges of having asymmetrical boobs, from finding a bra that fits to contemplating whether a boob job could be considered a business expense. Eventually, they get to Ryan’s real burning question: what goes through a person’s mind while asking or being asked out on a date?
Specifically, Ryan is interested in hearing Scarlett’s recollection of a recent failed encounter with a guy they’ve dubbed the 10-Second Man. This night was so bad that Scarlett has a hard time even remembering all of the dirty details. She recounts how the date itself went well, as he was able to successfully woo Scarlett back to his hotel room. But from there, things went south rather quickly. She describes the many faux pas this man committed during their hook-up, namely his lack of even an attempt to pleasure her. Ultimately, he zipped-up and peaced-out as soon as he finished. In ten seconds.
Scarlett tries to break down her theory of what was going through 10-Second Man’s mind during the encounter. She points out the irony in how his embarrassed response to pack up and go actually made the situation more awkward than if he had stayed and committed to pleasuring her after already finishing himself. Ryan and Scarlett agree that even an awkward attempt to reciprocate is much better during a hook-up than no attempt at all.
The conversation turns to Ryan and Scarlett’s numerous gas-station counter chats and the intimacy that comes from being a sounding board for someone’s post-date thoughts. Scarlett asks Ryan how his finger game is and scolds him on his flippant response, as answering “No complaints” is often just code for “I’m not listening!” She grills him on his evidence of success and he assures her that his proof is not just based on the sounds he can get a girl to make. They discuss his preferences for giving head, what constitutes a good-tasting pussy, and the difficulties of getting a girl to orgasm just through oral. Ryan flips the script back on Scarlett and gets her to divulge the details about her own head game. Finally, they end the conversation by discussing the mental and emotional aspects of sex and the impact this can have on a person’s sexual performance in the bedroom.

Recently, Mayko and Scarlett experienced a three-hour-long breathing exercise event. Today, they are unpacking the experience. Scarlett originally heard about this event through Instagram and remembers seeing posts from recent workshops featuring people experiencing intense emotional release during the exercises. Scarlet was intrigued by the event’s claim of providing “hours of therapy in one night” and decided to enlist Mayko into checking it out with her. Be forewarned–this episode deals with some spiritually heavy stuff!
Scarlett and Mayko both had different experiences of the event. Scarlett describes it as orgasmic and euphoric while Mayko felt it was less transcendental, but still enlightening. She describes it as less of a physical experience and more of an emotional one, as she re-discovered herself and unleashed repressed emotions during the exercises.
The girls begin by recounting the stormy night that brought the 250 participants to a hotel meeting room, yoga mats and water bottles in tow. Scarlett recalls the host’s explanation that what they were about to experience would be much more akin to an exorcism than a yoga class. The girls initially felt like these warnings were a way of prepping the room for a worst-case scenario, but it became clear they were more foretelling than the girls initially thought.
Scarlett and Mayko also discuss in depth the physiological responses their bodies had to the exercises, namely the lobster-claw sensation in their hands and the internal vibrations. Mayko explains how the process activates both the parasympathetic and the sympathetic nervous systems, resulting in sensations similar to a panic attack without the feeling of panic. She dives into how these sensations helped her to tap into and unleash unresolved feelings of anger she didn’t even know were there.
Scarlett also takes the time to recount the paranormal and spiritual experiences she had shortly after her first husband’s death and her experience during her spiritual baptism. This provides some context for the euphoric realizations that she goes on to describe during the breathing exercises. This propels the conversation into a deeper realm where Scarlet ponders the connection between shifting frequencies and the communal love and relief the participants experienced. Scarlett shares her speculative feelings toward her spirituality and how she has come to believe that a higher power can take on many forms to find its way to those who believe.
After some deep soul and spirit searching, Scarlett has come to the decision to relinquish the singular reins of her control of the podcast. Caramelo's daughter Selene joins the podcast to dish about her experience as a trans woman. Selene starts with an inside scoop about herself and her experience coming out as trans. Caramelo weighs in from his perspective as one of her strongest supporters throughout the journey. The pair discuss how Caramelo initially suspected Selene was gay from the mannerisms she displayed at an early age. They recollect the moment she came out to Caramelo and how she was so nervous that she texted her father from across the room about her newfound crush on a boy from school. Selene tells Scarlett about the pressure she felt in her early childhood to conform to the more traditional values of the Catholic school community that she attended. Luckily, she went on to attend a performing arts school in Dallas for her high school years, where she thrived. There, she was able to experiment more freely with how she dressed and presented herself and eventually, by age seventeen, expressed her wish to transition to her parents.
While Selene’s father was always supportive, her experience with her mother was more tumultuous. Selene discusses the challenges of coming out to her mom, who was much less supportive and understanding of her choices. The group discusses how challenging growing up in a religious community can be for those who do not fit into the norms prescribed by the church. Ironically, Selene shares that her mother went on to come out as a lesbian years later and is now married to a woman herself. Selene shares the frustration she felt when she learned her mom had been hiding this information from her, being someone that dealt with a similar ordeal. However, ultimately she feels that her mother’s coming out helped to improve their relationship, as her mom learned to come to terms with herself and found inspiration in the way that her daughter navigated her own journey. Selene goes on to elaborate on how being biracial has impacted her life and discusses how both sides of her family, Caramelo’s Latino side and her mother’s African-American side, dealt with her transition journey.
Scarlett then takes the opportunity to ask a few questions about the transitioning experience. The group talks about the process of constructive genital surgery and the various options offered. Selene shares the knowledge she’s gained from looking into the vaginal constructive process for herself and they discuss the process and risk factors involved, as well as the risks that Selene faces daily just for being trans. Finally, the group rounds out the conversation by discussing Selene’s preferred methods of sex and how it all works for her down there now.

Scarlett begins the episode today with an introduction to a new guest, Caramello, and his story of being the parent of a trans child. Caramello helped his daughter throughout her transition immensely, beginning when she first came to him in her junior year of high school to confide that she identified more as a female than as a male. Immediately supportive, Caramello recounts being heartbroken and surprised when his daughter’s doctor told him that he had never before had a father come in with their transitioning child as support throughout the process.
Caramello’s story of parental encouragement leads into a discussion about how rare open and communicative parent-child dynamics are regarding topics such as sex and intimacy. Caramello and Scarlett weigh the benefits and consequences of being open and honest about sexual topics with their young adult-aged children and how Caramello has cultivated healthy communication with his daughter. The rest of the group chime in on their own family dynamics and their households’ approach to these sorts of topics.
Scarlett revisits her decision to bring Mayko on the show to discuss such intimate affairs. However, Mayko acknowledges that being on the podcast has helped her to tackle some of her social anxieties and admits she has been very excited to tell the story of her first date. Mayko explains that while she has a boyfriend that lives in Kuwait, they have agreed to an open relationship. So, recently she went on her first-ever date with someone that she met on OKCupid. Mayko dishes on how they first started seeing each other virtually before meeting up at a local outlet mall…which quickly turned into a surprisingly romantic hook-up and make-out session at a nearby park.
Mayko’s talk about her first kiss leads the girls to compare what turns them on and what they wish men would be more into. Mayko explains her type, typically preferring people that are neurodivergent and queer, as she is autistic herself. The group clarifies what it means to be neurodivergent and why Mayko prefers people that are on a similar wavelength. She reflects on how different of an experience this first date was from what was anticipating. She had gone in expecting it to be mostly sex-driven but found that her chemistry with this person was also rather affectionate and romantic as well, and she really enjoyed her time with them.
Rounding out the episode, Willow brings up her brother’s transition at 56 years old and how she is still coming to terms with shifting her perspective from having a sister for so many years to now having a brother. She asks for Caramello’s advice, as someone who has also been on a similar end experiencing his daughter’s transition. Ultimately, the group agrees that making sure the person they love is happy with their choice and able to live a more authentic life is always the most important factor.

Recently, Scarlett attended a burlesque show, where she met one of our two new guests, Northern Joy, the co-founder of the performing burlesque troupe. Scarlett couldn't resist inviting her to share her story with the GBW gang. Additionally, another new guest, Caramelo, tags along for the ride.
Joy starts the conversation by recounting her accidental foray into the world of burlesque through an audition that turned from reading for a 1-page script to a 3-month show. She tells the group about how this one-off chance turned into a life-long passion, eventually leading her to the troupe she has co-founded today. She dishes on all the drama that comes from working closely with people that love to be front and center at all times, and how she encourages her performers to take the inevitable drama in stride and stay respectful and mature.
The conversation shifts to exploring the gender dynamics of burlesque audiences and tipping etiquette in burlesque venues. Joy also clarifies the expectation for nudity in burlesque shows and the key differences between strip clubs, drag shows, and burlesque, which leads to a discussion of what men mostly anticipate from these types of performances (ahem, boobs). The group laments how much of a blessing and a curse boobs can be before getting back to Joy’s burlesque experiences and her own comfort level with performing nude. Joy explains how having the support of a female-driven workplace and her family helped her to embrace her passion and learn to not pass up on the opportunities that her burlesque talents provide her.
Scarlett then asks whether Joy feels any voyeuristic tendencies that led her to seek out performing burlesque, to which Joy explains that getting herself to a place of being comfortable stripping in front of others was actually a challenge. She talks about the strategy she learned of checking in with her inner “twelve-year-old self” and her inner “death-bed self”, and how these two perspectives helped her to go with her gut instinct and make the jump. Willow takes the conversation to a more personal level asking about how Joy navigates partners and personal relationships within the burlesque community. The group talks about the complexities of navigating relationships within a variety of sexual and social communities and shares their approach to personal relationships within their own respective relationships. Finally, Scarlett ends with praise for Joy’s body inclusivity in casting her performers, to which Joy expresses the importance of including all types of people on the burlesque stage.

Ryan joins Scarlett for the first time on the show today to discuss everything from business cards to sexy spirit fairies and the principle of supply and demand. Scarlett starts the conversation with some context for how she and Ryan met. Ryan, manager at a local convenience store, details how he kept finding Scarlett’s business cards strategically placed under every candy bar and stack of chips in his store. He eventually reached out on Instagram to ask her to stop leaving her cards around, but his asks went unnoticed in her filtered inbox for months. Eventually, a similar, less pleasant, business-card mishap at a different local business led Scarlett to finally sort through her requested inbox, where she uncovered his messages and-–they actually hit it off.
Ryan’s interest in her podcast had been piqued and he quickly became close to Scarlett, who he now cheekily calls his fairy sex-godmother. Fast-forward to today and Ryan has made his way fully down the rabbit hole to become something of a star on the Discord himself. He and Scarlett discuss their frequent texts and lengthy chats every time Scarlett stops by the store to say hi and sprinkle her sexy fairy dust. They catch us up on their history and the lead-up to their minty gas station make-out session.
The conversation then shifts to the advice that Scarlett has given Ryan in his own dating life. Ryan talks about the hours he has spent confiding in Scarlett about the areas he has difficulty with when talking to girls and getting beneath the surface level. Ryan also breaks down his issues with the games that people play when talking to each other. He gives Scarlett a run-down of two of his most recent experiences with girls he met at work, neither of which went according to plan. After schooling him on why you never lead with, “What are you doing on xyz?” when asking someone out on a date, Scarlett offers her fairy sex godmother wisdom to help him tap into his regular, daily confidence when he is talking to women. Finally, Scarlett gives Ryan a few tips on how improving his confidence will improve his dating game.

Today’s bonus episode is all about the podcast’s resident dominatrix, Vixen. In her conversation with Scarlett, Vixen fills listeners in on the unexpected twists and turns that have forged her path through life and how she has learned to embrace her inner chaos.
Vixen begins by recollecting some of her earliest childhood memories growing up in a tumultuous home in Waco, Texas. The girls dig into Vixen’s childhood, discussing what it was like to grow up with a schizophrenic and abusive father for the first few years of her life. She also shares how quickly this dynamic changed when her mother eventually escaped and found peace with a man that became Vixen’s stepfather. Vixen discusses how such a stark shift impacted herself and her sister and the different ways they dealt with these changes.
The conversation then shifts to Vixen’s early teenage years, where she kept herself very productive and pressured herself to achieve at a high level. She shares her successes in school and recounts her passion for learning and especially for neurological sciences. She also recalls the chaos that ensued in her first year of undergrad at Tulane University in New Orleans when Hurricane Katrina hit only weeks after her arrival. Regardless of the many unexpected hurdles the universe seems to throw, Vixen always perseveres: she went on to receive three degrees by the time she was 35 and is now teaching and conducting research at the university level while keeping her dominatrix hustle on the side.
Scarlett then asks Vixen to speak about her relationship with her sexuality. Vixen brings up her early understanding of sex and how she has been hyper-orgasmic from an early age. She discusses her early sexual experiences and how writing erotica became a productive outlet for her sexual urges. She also shares her experience with sexual addiction and how her mother’s open attitude toward sexual health helped her to embrace her sexuality rather than see it as something to feel shame over. Finally, the girls discuss how Vixen has progressed in her relationship with sex, how she got involved in the dominatrix lifestyle, and what her sex life looks like now. Vixen shares her journey to polyamory, describing her life with her partners and how they navigate their various relationships. The conversation ends with Scarlett and Vixen discussing Vixen’s newfound role in the GBW world and how Vixen brings a welcome challenge to their discourse.

Scarlett brings a very special new guest into the GBW world onto today’s episode, her daughter, Mayko. Luckily, Mayko is not squeamish talking about her mom’s sexual explorations because they have always been so frank with each other in their conversations. Mayko expresses how blessed she feels to have had a mother who will openly have important discussions about sexuality and help her feel comfortable about such things. Scarlett has been so excited to introduce Mayko to Vixen, especially knowing how much the two have in common from their open and affirming relationships to their mothers to their excitement about sex.
Scarlett recently returned from a podcast convention in Vegas and wants to spill all the details about her trip. She starts by recounting her crappy day leading up to her flight to Vegas. The girls discuss how stress can compound our reactions to things, and in Scarlett’s case, how ‘hanger’ caused her to lash out at Mr. Vegas for not being able to help her in the way she was expecting in the moment. She shares how this initial conflict actually triggered some great discussions between herself and Mr. Vegas, and led to them defining their relationship as boyfriend and girlfriend. Scarlett’s story reminds Mayko of how she awkwardly and accidentally confessed her feelings to her current boyfriend at the start of their relationship. This leads to a discussion about the discomfort that defining relationships can create and why Scarlett appreciates the flexibility that polyamorous relationships provide.
Scarlett then gets back into her story about the Vegas conference. She tells the girls about how while she was at the conference, she met up with a woman that she connected with through the convention’s app. This woman confided in Scarlett that she was curious about her own sexual preference and had decided that this conference would be the one where she explored her sexuality with another woman. Scarlett details the experience of going from wing-woman to hook-up with this girl to help her confirm that she is, in fact, a lesbian (and that Scarlett is still, in fact, not). Scarlett shares how her lack of discretion and propensity for antics seemed out of the girl’s element but they still enjoyed each other’s company and taught each other a good deal about themselves in the process.

Scarlett feels she and the girls need to put their expertise in swiping left (and, sometimes, right) on the dating apps to some sort of good use. They decide to hook Scarlett’s phone to a monitor so the whole group–Vixen, Lila, and Lolita–can weigh in on the dating app options. They hope their candidly honest feedback could save the poor, unfortunate souls of at least a few dating profile duds.
First, the girls compare their estimated swipe-right percentage. They discuss their general habits when swiping left and right and if they’ve ever reached a daily swipe-right limit or experimented with changing location ranges for specific events. Then, the swiping commences!
Some of the most common red flags are evident as soon as they start swiping: dirty backgrounds, group photos, and bios that lack substance, just to name a few. Through each swipe, the girls offer a refreshingly female perspective on each bad profile habit and even end up with a few swipe-rights for Scarlett to explore.
Most importantly, the conversation gets down to the heart of the dating profile game, which is about being honest. Scarlett points out that women are looking for strength and security in a relationship and it’s up to the men to put in the effort to show their audience what they can provide in a partnership. The girls discuss how guys can achieve these qualities on their profiles and why it's always better to be upfront and honest when navigating dating apps.

Scarlett posted a video about women’s pleasure in the GBW Discord server and discusses some of the important points with Vixen and Lila. The video in question is a TED Talk from Peggy Orenstein, who has spent time investigating what girls are taught to feel about their sexuality at a young age. Bringing up this video launches Scarlett and the girls into a conversation about the orgasm gap and why women are less likely to expect or anticipate pleasure from a sexual encounter than men are.
Scarlett shares that women statistically feel entitled to sex but not to receiving pleasure from sex, to which both Lila and Scarlett anecdotally agree. Vixen, however, has had an opposite experience–she describes herself as hyper-orgasmic with her partners and has only had very few sexual encounters that did not end in orgasm.
The girls begin to break down the potential reasons for their differing sexual profiles, beginning with their experiences with sexual education in grade school. The girls take turns discussing their childhood experiences with their sexuality and the education methods their schools and parents followed on the matter.
Scarlett also brings up the connection between pain and pleasure during sex and why so many more women report feeling pain during sex than men do. The girls discuss the lack of education they received as young women on their own anatomy–leading them to believe that men are even less equipped for truly understanding female pleasure.
Scarlett shares some of the most crucial advice for men when having sex with their female partners: allowing space for a woman to feel relaxed and without pressure to orgasm is the best way to help her achieve that pleasure during sex. This leads to Vixen schooling the girls on the variety of different types of orgasms and approaches to sex, as well as her own advice to Scarlett and Lila and other women who have a harder time achieving orgasm during sex.
Before the end of the conversation, Scarlett brings it way back with a history lesson showing just how long women’s pleasure has been debated.
We would love to hear from you!

Mr. Vegas is in the house today and has agreed to divulge his fingering tutorial for the girls. Before they get right into the goods, Scarlett shares how they first met, through Tinder, and the details of their first date. This leads the girls into a discussion about the benefits of dating apps and, on the flip side, the ways that they have made meeting new people in the wild more challenging.
The conversation shifts back to Mr. Vegas and his rather large sized hands, which prompts a discussion about how much the size of a person’s hands matters when fingering. Mr. Vegas then starts to work his way into the tutorial, with a special focus on the importance of the foreplay and massage in the process.
Hand-size comes back into play as the group gets into the true location of the g-spot, with Vixen chiming in to tackle the misconception that it is located deeper in than it truly is. This prompts the girls to segues into the importance of paying attention to both verbal and physical cues during intimate encounters as well as being open to your partner’s feedback. Scarlett shares that Mr. Vegas is the only man that has made her squirt before, which prompts comparison between female ejaculation and squirting.
Finally, Mr. Vegas caps off the conversation with the advice he thinks all men should be aware of.
We would love to hear from you!

Scarlett has Lila on the podcast to share her journey from being a late bloomer to becoming the confident woman she is today. In their conversation, Lila talks about growing up with a fraternal twin brother and experiencing her parents’ amicable divorce. From there, the girls chat about how awkward middle school years can be, and the residual insecurities that can linger for years.
Lila expresses how not being outwardly desired in her earlier years, coupled with her discovery of pain during penetration, made for some long-lasting baggage to unpack. However, her main motivation for contacting Scarlett about joining the podcast was to provide listeners with hope from the other side of that journey. Through pelvic floor therapy to help with alleviating her pain, she’s been able to start exploring sex and finally enjoying herself along the way.
As always, we love for you to share your stories as well, and they may end up on the podcast or our social media pages. Remember to like and subscribe to our social media pages – each platform has unique content, so be sure to subscribe to them all!

In today’s episode, Coco is back to give an update on her dating life. What follows is an intimate and candid conversation where the girls dive into the details of Coco’s unexpectedly incredible sexcapade with a soft-spoken Jamaican man.
After using a visual aid from Vixen (a tape measure,) Coco learns that maybe she’s not great at estimating lengths. She shares that she revisited some sexual activities that she hadn’t engaged in since college, and they talk about whether or not it is EVER okay to ‘go in dry,’ with a woman… anywhere.
The conversation digs into the complexities of pursuing an emotionally fulfilling relationship while navigating the world of casual encounters. Coco has an additionally exciting prospect on the horizon in the form of a much younger man that she has been seeing casually. They debate whether he could be marriage material and how Coco should approach her budding relationship with him. Could there be some divine intervention here?
Finally, the girls round out the discussion by diving into an update on their falling out with Hazel. Coco shares the surprising realization that she had when Scarlett was the one to tell her Hazel didn’t want to be her friend any longer.
They explore the importance of paying attention to how people treat others to recognize potential red flags in relationships.
We would love to hear from you!

Scarlett pulls out her bag of sex toys and gets the girls all excited discussing the best options for solo pleasure seeking. From the OG Hitachi Magic Wand to the humble hand massage, the group weighs in on their favorite tools, methods, and placements.
Not only do the girls discuss the variety of toys, but also the partner techniques that bring the most pleasure and those best to avoid. The importance of clear instruction and communication is brought up and the girls share their frustrations over men who don’t listen to or follow requests properly. Vixen brings up a great point that the dialogue needs to be open–sometimes it may be that the guy learned a move that worked for his ex-partner but just doesn’t work on you. Being explicit in your discussions can help to navigate those conflicts and avoid further discomfort.
The ladies chat about fingering, recounting past experiences- mostly bad. In one case even involving injury. They talk about ways they wish they could help men improve; maybe they should get some first-hand experience being on the receiving end? Scarlett reveals that there’s an upcoming guest, Mr Vegas, who will talk about his skills, because they’re some of the best she’s ever experienced.
There’s also a discussion about nipple piercings and the girls weigh the pros and cons of having them done. They discuss fears around the pain involved with the actual procedure, and learn some things that can be done to ‘test’ whether or not piercings are for you.
What are your favorite sex toys to use?
We would love to hear from you!

In today’s episode, the girls have a roaring time recapping an adventure that Lila, Athena, Willow, Lolita, and Scarlett attended in Fort Worth recently: a Fifty Shades of Grey-inspired live male review. Yes, a male strip show–and an incredibly sketchy one at that!
The girls discuss the multifaceted male strippers that filled in for their own sound control and merchandising, their outdated Top Gun music and cringey routines, and the audacity of a bar that won’t exchange bills for singles during a strip show. Athena even makes the point that while the girls might over-exaggerate sometimes on the podcast…there is not one to be found in today’s episode. It was as bad as it gets–and the girls are sharing every dirty detail.
What is the weirdest experience you’ve ever had at a male review?
We would love to hear from you!

In today’s episode, Scarlett tells the girls about the entrepreneurial conference she attended in LA recently. While she was there, she became close friends with a woman who coaches people in the hotwife lifestyle. Naturally, when this new friend invited her to find a sex club on one of their nights off, she agreed.
What they found in that sex club was…sketchy to say the least. The girls chat about Scarlett’s night there and what she took away about her own preferences from the experience. The conversation then turns to questioning sex club etiquette and how it’s important to communicate preferences clearly in such casually intimate situations, especially to help acknowledge and correct any sexual stereotypes that the person may feel obligated to perform.
Finally, the girls end with a discussion of the LA dating scene and how different it is from the other scenes Scarlett and the girls are familiar with.
Have you had awkward dating experiences in your dating scene? What about in a sex club?
We would love to hear from you!

Scarlett and Willow start off their conversation by clearing the air about the falling out with Hazel and comments made in prior episodes. After discussing the situation from Willow’s perspective, the girls turn to unpacking Willow’s experience as a survivor of domestic violence. She talks through her first marriage and the abuse endured throughout and the impact that this had on her own perception of herself and what a healthy marriage looks like. She shares how she finally came to the strength to leave the marriage after having an out-of-body experience that made her realize the potentially fatal severity of her situation. She then explains how she had to learn to heal through her second marriage and finally discusses her current status and what she has learned from these experiences along the way.
After some deep soul and spirit searching, Scarlett has come to the decision to relinquish the singular reins of her control of the podcast. Scarlett shares an email she received from a listener who felt inspired to share her story about being the “other woman” after listening to Lolita’s experience in Episode 11. The girls circle back through Lolita’s story and share their own experiences with affairs, both as the “other woman” and as the one initiating. The conversation touches on the lack of resources available to women who find themselves involved with married men and how this reflects society’s bias towards being the “other woman.”
The girls spend some time unpacking the norms that have influenced our society’s approach to marriage and divorce. Scarlett brings up non-monogamy in relationships and questions why we often view lies told about affairs in a worse light than other types of lies partners tell each other. This leads to the girls discussing the differences between men's and women’s sex drives and the difficulties men often face when trying to navigate a sexless marriage. Lolita finishes with some helpful advice to people who find themselves in situations as the “other woman” and where to go for support.
Have you ever been the “other woman” in a marriage? Have you also found the lack of community support disheartening?
We would love to hear from you!
