Jennifer Marcks is a Certified Gluten-Free Health Coach who helps women
create a sustainable and delicious gluten-free lifestyle that one day
becomes routine.
Jennifer’s long journey with gluten changed her family’s life.
Had she not discovered that gluten was the culprit of her many health issues: constant canker sores, headaches, low energy, neuropathy, continuous belly issues, and bathroom “stays,” she may not have put the pieces together to see that her children had Celiac Disease.
Diagnosed in 1st and 3rd grade, her children were experiencing a multitude of health
issues that NO ONE was putting together – small stature, bloating belly, low energy,
vitiligo, and neurological tics.
Once GF, all symptoms went away, and now her whole family lives a healthy gluten-free lifestyle to this day.
Now in college, her first two are thriving and teaching others how to live a healthier lifestyle.
Her third child was born into their lifestyle but had issues with gluten as well as other allergies.
She is empowered to share her journey to help others see that you can have a sustainable and delicious GF lifestyle without the stress and overwhelm taking over your life.
