Welcome back to another episode of The Lean Podcast! We are two Irish Sign Language Interpreters trying to figure out all things interperting with the help of some extra special guests. Hosted by Ciara Grant and Romy O'Callaghan.
This week we take a journey into what we think "soft skills" are, the little things that mean a lot and make an interpretation successful. We were lucky to be joined by interpreter Tracey Daly to guide us along this journey and share her persepective.
It's important to mention that the portion of this episode filmed with Tracey was recorded a couple of months before the Covid-19 pandemic (before social distancing measures were introduced). Whereas the interpretation of the first part took place during our time in quaratine.
