Welcome to the show! Today we are sitting down and pulling up a chair with Jamie Javed, RN, BSN + Transformational Health Coach. Jamie had an 8-year career as a nurse in the ER + Critical Care Unit prior to her journey today. She got to experience what the gift of Western medicine can do, but then realized, alongside her husband who is a critical care physician, that there was no instruction for preventing disease and instilling health in the medical model.
Today, she lives in California with her 3 children and husband as they put down new roots for the next chapter in their holistic healing journey.
Here’s a peek at what’s inside:
This show is all about lessening the need for traditional medicine, taking the power back as you transform your relationship to your own health, and what goes into the identity change to make shifts like these possible.
It’s about having the courage to be that woman who goes first and being an example for what health is which includes developing healthy patterns in your life.

Welcome to back to the show for this Bonus Episode all about the real real of the vulnerability of being seen in your new way when you make a shift or change. You might be putting yourself in a new place or even just refreshing what you have, and you can get locked up by straddling the line of old and new.
As a brand and business educator, I work with the tender-shoot-dream space with my clients and creatives who are needing support in navigating where they are to where they want to go.
The truth is it's totally normal to feel awkward in your newness. We see so many outwardly positive, happy examples of risk-taking, but risk-taking doesn’t always happen from a mountaintop moment. I personally was in a very low place when I had the awareness and clarity that I needed to make changes. Let's jump in!

Welcome to Season 3! We are diving right in with a very intimate conversation today about creating your life. I am here with Sandy Critides, and we are holding nothing back as we dive into our motherhood and life journeys. If you’re looking for a conversation about having the power to choose differently, this show is for you.
Together, we are very transparent about what we’ve chosen for ourselves and in our motherhood journeys. We talk about being the parents we wanted to be and putting a lot of thought and intention into these roles of our lives.
You will hear us share about what we thought was “normal” due to our upbringings and how we have chosen to course-correct in our own adult lives. We talk openly about out therapy journeys and remaking pathways for ourselves including the work that goes into changing habits and patterns, recognizing them and the self-awareness required of us because of the future we believe in for our children.
Sandy and I talk about creating our experiences, making deliberate choices, and reparenting ourselves while parenting our own kids. We also talk about apologizing, being mindful and curious, changing mindsets, and setting boundaries. Tune in this episode to hear more!

Today's episode is dedicated to the new moms and future moms out there. We are talking about "reinventing who you are" after the baby. We are talking openly about fighting the lies that depression and anxiety tell you day in and day out.
This is a mental health episode today, and I always say the same thing: It's sometimes really helpful to hear this, but if you're in a certain place, it might not be, so come back later if that's what's best for you.
Britt Davis is a mom of four and lives on a farm in Greenwood, VA. During the pandemic, she picked up a paintbrush for the first time and has since been using her art as a platform to discuss difficult topics, such as mental health issues, anxiety, and PPD.
Britt and I talk about her best friend’s passing, our experiences with perinatal and PPD, the difficult side of motherhood, and the importance of reaching out to others. We also talk about Britt’s art, spreading positivity into the world, and some helpful resources for those who find themselves in the pit. Tune in this episode to hear more!
Let’s dive in.
