Lucy is the founder of the noBS fitness app, Nobs. Which she created after years of disordered eating and anger at the fitness industry's toxic messaging. Lucy's approach to combating diet culture is hilarious and sarcastic. I had so much talking with her about fitness industry nostalgia, negging people into health and how to reframe fitness in your head to enjoy the space diet culture free in a balanced way.
