This week I took the opportunity to talk about why I felt inspired to start this podcast. With the current chaos and confusion in the world, I feel it's important to raise strong men and women and to become stronger myself as a father. I believe we can do better and be better as we push ourselves and learn from other people and their experiences with developing grit and mental toughness.
