  • www.claireperrylouise.com Have you heard the phrase "your network is your networth "? Well I'm not sure I really love that expression because I don't believe a network should be built purely with the mindset, what is in it for me. I believe we should build a network with people who share similar values and aspirations and create connections purely for the sake of connection and not for the purpose of taking or leveraging.Since 2013, I have built my own personal brand and built a high profile global network. In this episode I share some of my insights into how you can do this for yourself and the tools you can use to build relationships with an audience of your most aligned clients and customers. The episode is taken from a training I created for my leadership programme. A programme for leaders who value the 4 C's, Connection, Contribution, Collaboration and Community. If you enjoy the episode I would love you to leave a review for me on iTunes, it really helps and I appreciate it so much. • www.claireperrylouise.com To my mind, we really don't have enough of the conversations we should be having. We grow as humans and business leaders when we are prepared to discuss the topics that make us feel uncomfortable. When we are prepared to discuss the elephant in the room. Failures happen everyday. Do we see this as an opportunity for growth or do we sweep it under the carpet, hoping no one will notice. Hanging onto the hope that we can save our ego and our reputation by not addressing it.Without open communication, there is no opportunity to build trust and connection. Let's have an honest conversation. What are your thoughts? What can you taken from this Podcast? Send me an email at [email protected] and let me know.Have an amazing day and remember ... there is no such thing as failure, it's only feedback.Hope you can find time to tune in and if you enjoy the episode, Claire would love a review or star rating on I- tunes. Claire is super passionate about her vision to make employee happiness the norm and not the exception but context is always helpful.
