Welcome to the WE CORPS Podcast!
In this Episode, I share four things I wish I had known when I first started a career as a coach, author, and speaker.
1. It takes time to grow.
2. It takes deep work to know who you are.
3. It takes courage to share who you are with the world.
4. It takes endurance of mind, body, and soul to build something that doesn't exist, yet.

Welcome to the WE Corps Podcast!
WE Corps = Women's Entrepreneurial Corps, and our mission is to train, mentor, and guide Creative Women Leaders on their entrepreneurial journey to building purpose, profit, and positive change.
So, I'm Dom, originally from Los Angeles, but have been traveling the globe for almost 15 years!
As a former Peace Corps Volunteer and US Diplomat, I've been through many career pivots and international moves, while raising three girls with my amazing and supportive wife. I began my entrepreneurial journey back in 2015, when I didn't know who to be and what to do with my professional career, after having twins and taking a year off to explore "entrepreneurship". Fast forward, nearly a decade later, with moves from California > DC > Peru > South Korea > Australia, I've learned how to be my own boss, while serving a mission and purpose I believe in, supporting other Creative and Entrepreneurial Women Leaders with a desire to share their voice and make an impact in the world.
Warm welcome to you, my lovely listeners! I hope you enjoy this episode...

In this episode, I share three steps to start a Thought Leadership Career.
First, DEFINE YOUR MISSION. Who do you want to serve?
Second, DEFINE YOUR MESSAGE. How do you want to serve them? What do you want to teach? What change are your advocating for?
Third, DEFINE YOUR MEDIUM. How do you want to deliver your message - through books, podcasts, blogs, writing, speaking, or teaching? Do you want to run workshops or webinars, conferences or retreats?
As a change maker and thought leader, I always knew that I wanted to help humans reach their potential in their personal, professional, and community lives. You are your message, and becoming the greatest version of yourself is your greatest impact. Let's help you amplify who you are, by building a thought leadership platform to support your cause :)

In this episode, I share my journey into Certified High Performance Coaching. At a time when life was going well in 2018, serving as a US Diplomat overseas, raising three girls, living an adventure with my amazing partner in Peru, I asked myself a question “Is there more for me?” And after asking myself this question, I realized that I wanted to lead, influence, and serve others in bigger ways. After a decade of reading personal development books, attending seminars, I discovered Certified High Performance Coaching (CHPC) as a vehicle for transforming my life into something bigger and more beautiful. It was through CHPC that I became my better self, a published author, a speaker, and doing work I love with people I love.
This week (June 19-23, 2023, daily from 12-1pm Pacific Time), I’ll be going LIVE teaching the High Performance Habits. You can join me here: https://domnarciso.mykajabi.com/high-performance-week
This is an open training for high achievers, entrepreneurs, business owners, and mission-driven leaders! If you have any questions, you can reach out to me at [email protected].

In this episode, I talk about the recent heaviness I’ve been sensing with lots of entrepreneurs and leaders. As a high achieving recovering perfectionist, I understand the internalized pressure we can place in ourselves to perform, to excel, to show up, to do good work in the world. Despite this drive and passion, there is also a need for slowing down, resting, and recharging. If you are feeling the burnout or the heaviness in your energy, take time to slow down, reassess how you are living and working, and be okay with not having all the answers. Trust the process. And keep nourishing yourself.
Sending you lots of love! Dom

In this episode, I interview Erica Ballard. She is a Life and Transformational Coach for Women and inspiring entrepreneur. She shares her journey to “her version of success” after years of chasing health and fitness. Erica is a delight and such a joy. She speaks her truth and shares her wisdom. Make sure to write down any insights you learned and how you too can Build A Life Around What You Love :)
Guest Bio:
Meet Erica Ballard. A woman who thought pinstripe suits, a size 4 body, and a corner office were the markings of success. But, after chasing those things, Erica realized that none of that stuff would make her happy (like, really happy). Because, as it turns out, her version of success looked much different than what she was conditioned to believe it should look like. After accepting that truth and honoring her own, Erica now lives a life she loves and is on a mission to help other women do the same through life coaching, women-focused workshops, her podcast The Erica Ballard Show and social media.
