The Real Trailrunners of Jersey is a podcast by Paul Burrows and Lee Bennett based in Jersey in the Channel Isles for trail runners. We are both keen trail runners, and want to talk to other people who share the same love for it as us. We have a rich diversity of runners in Jersey, ranging from parkrun to extreme adventure racing and we aim to cover this with the guests we will have on the show. Lee is also a mindfulness practitioner so we hope this will enable us to add a bit more of a diverse angle to this podcast and we hope to delve into the more "mental" side of running, whether that is wellbeing, motivation, reasons for running or anything else. We hope to spend a fun hour with people and get some good stories from the experiences have had whilst running as well.
